traveled 3 times in Sri Lanka, but I experienced something like this for the first time! Everything was very dirty and unkempt, blankets and pillows stink, sheets with spots, the kitchen is disgusting and dirty, I wouldn't dare to eat here! The pool is dirty, and something in the area smelled! The room was full of dust, windows and doors were black from dirt. Local boys are banging around the pool and staring at you! In the evening, the employees are making a loud party in the garden. The towels have holes! The employees do not understand English and do not speak it, they work very slowly and they had to wait a long time for admission, they did not understand what to do and which number to give! I don't understand the existence of such a hotel! The pictures do not correspond to the truth! I rate this place with 0! 21st century without internet opportunities at all!

Had the worst experience ever. There were 9 in our group and booked 3 rooms there for one night. Bed sheets weren't fresh and they were full of dust and dirt. AC in one of the rooms didn't work. Though it was mentioned a kitchen in the family room we couldn't use it as it was occupied to store there stuff. Very dissapointed in their cleanliness in a critical time like this. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful place to spend the weekend, Nice and friendly staff, rooms are at reasonable prices. Situated really close to galle town and Fort. Hope to come again.

The Elliot Nature Resort is located in Galle, just One a kilometer from Galle Town and Walking distance to the Galle Fort & Beach. Guests can enjoy the on-site Villa and quite and calm natural environment with beautifull Water Fall. Each room at this hotel is air conditioned and features are flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Free Wi-fi and Hot Water. Certain rooms include a sitting area where you can relax. The rooms are equipped with a private bathrooms with shower and fitted with clean linen sheets and a work desk. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Very bad place The doors are transparent, the toilet has a strong smell, if the door is locked, you can't open it, very bad service, no one should go.

Nice pool and good family room - with a very big and yet sade balcony. However, other rooms seem to be very small. Location is about 15 min walking from larger shops. Good value for price I would say. And staff was helpful - gave me a new WiFi router when previous one was not working.

Today, six of us opted for the day out package for 3450 (per couple) at Elliot Nature Resort. Regrettably, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at a resort. The staff were unprofessional and had poor customer service skills. They couldn't manage simple requests like providing glasses, and we had to find and wash them ourselves. The pool was also unclean, and the rooms lacked basic essentials such as towels and soap. Although the bathrooms were passable for the package price, but The overall service was disappointing. . The most disappointing aspect was the staff's impatience during mealtime, knocking on our doors multiple times for being just 15 minutes late, delivering unprofessional explanations. The food quality was poor. Overall, I would not recommend this place in any way.

Nice clean pool facilities.

Not the most luxurious place out there. Reasonable price. You can hire a BBQ machine and have your own BBQ there. There is a small pool there that can be used but they will charge Rs.250 per head per day. Not very far from the Galle bus stand so easy access to everything from the place.

Thr best resort for paraty

Cheap, a great pool, and seriously nice owners. Our room was hot and stuffy, but that's to be expected in an economy room in Galle, so we opened the door and blasted some cooler air in and all was good. The pool was PERFECT for our boy, and we didn't mind it either. It's a 20 min walk to the center of the tourist stuff in the fort, but I prefer to stay out of all that to have real local food options and cheaper everything surrounding the hotel, and walk into tourist-land only when we need it. Ramblings aside, this is a great family run hotel and you're greeted witg smiles and friendliness throughout the stay. I will happily be back.

Must stay guest house in Galle. This place is nice, quite & so nature. Our stay was real nice. Ideal for family and get together. Would book again for sure.

Room is comfortable and clean. Restaurant is not available. You can not get even tea but they arrange dinner from nearby restaurant that was good and reasonable price

Excellent place for a holiday stay. Rooms and wash rooms are very neat and clean. My boys enjoyed the pool the whole stay. The pool is cleaned regularly. The customer service was fantastic, particularly Lahiru. Very good location, very close to all the amenities. We will definitely recommend this place.

Superb! Nice place, nice view from our room, calm and privacy is there. Good stay for family. Well enjoyed the pool. Rooms are nice and beds as well. Near also in Galle Fort, no hussle. Will surely go back there again.
