A great place to stay. It's no thrills and a little shabby but if you are after cheap and cheerful with the best service you could ever find stay here. The owner couldn't do more for us. Tea on arrival, a decent breakfast for 2 for 300rs, he was happy to give advice on the area. Told us everything about the monkeys, peacocks, parrots and plants surrounding his peaceful stay. Had a great stay

Recommend for budget travellers, 1km to unawatuna beach.. comfy rooms, reasonable price, kitchen available. Small parking area

Great place to stay. The family is really kind and friendly, it's close to the beach and to the main restaurant area but at the same time a bit hidden from the noise and party. I came for one night and ended up staying for three. I will be back for sure.

I stayed 2 nights with my family and some friends. The owner/ care taker was very friendly and soooooo supportive. Very relaxed place. Retail shops are near by. 5 min walk to the Unwatuna beach. A great place to chill without any disturbance.

The moment you come here... You feel relaxed. Caring host, let you feel home. If you have questions je is ready for you. Nice spacy room, Nice bed. Plenty space for clothing. Good bathroom, hot water, EveRything you need. You see the family is motivated to make you a Nice Stay. Away from road, Nice vieuw.

Really nice hosts. We were upgraded in a better room with no extra charge! The room was big with a fan and a mosquito net. Private terrace with view on the garden (observation of monkeys and birds!). They prepared us a delicious breakfast! Best coconut rottis in Sri Lanka!

Simple and cheap hotel. Good is common kitchen. Its close to beach (3-5min) walk. Problems with WiFi connection

Had a great stay here we booked for 3 nights ended up staying for 5 the owner and his wife are wonderful and helpful people biggest smiles everyday and when I asked about a motorbike he had one there ready for me within 15 minutes for less then 5 dollars a day. Only 2 minute walk from the main street in unawatuna. The kitchen is basic but you can use it it has a burner and a toaster which was enough for us and the fridge is communal. Also on some mornings you can wake up and watch purple face Langer monkeys from the balcony upstairs. Great stay would come again

Staff seems to be friendly and location is off of the main road a bit more quiet. However: room was dirty; had ants and cockroaches in our room.

Nice view from the room. I stayed on the top floor and had my own terrace so I really had my own space. Comfortable bed and really helpful staff. Strong fan in the room , but very hot because the room was so high and in the sun all day. Wifi wasn’t the best. Overall a nice stay! Had 1 night booked, stayed 3 nights.

Good place for short stay. This homestay is near the beach, surrounded by trees. Size of the rooms are fine it has everything you need but I think we got the less attractive room... however the host is really attentive and joyful.

Could I see it's really nice, and the owner it's really kind, with nice view, you can use the kitchen, and nature around, but if you wanna work online it's not the best place Because the WiFi connection it's not good, even if you buy your own data the network signal it's very poor, this advice it's just for people who work remotely like me, beside that the place it's very nice.

Exellent location surrrounded by various kinds of trees and plants,close to the beach,affordable and clean venue,friendy staff and great service!! Most of the all the wild life(Monkeys n Birds). Feel like living in a middlle of a jungle!
