Best villa of the best. Perfect location, wonderful views of the rice fields. All amenities available: air conditioners, good internet connection, hot water, big beds, parking places. Owners Thilak and Malisha are nice friendly people, they are always in touch and ready to help.

It is nice modern air conditioned apartments with own kitchen and panoramic balcony. There are apartments with different numbers of rooms and beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Happy Villa! The place is extremely clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the Narigama beach which was nicer than Hikkaduwa beach. We were able to use the kitchen and had fridge access which was an added bonus. There are large fans in the room and big mosquito nets so no need for A/C as many travellers think they need. The property is perfectly maintained with beautiful plants and greenery all around. Our host was gracious enough to give us food as well. Thanks again!

· The owners at this property are lovely and cater for your every need. They brought us fresh bananas which was the best. The kitchen is just the best we prepared dozens of meals during our week long stay. It's a 10 minute walk but I like walking and it's a nice path. But you are literally staying in paradise. We seen so many different birds from the terrace. Plus you have lots of privacy, our friends moved here during our stay as there accommodation was too intrusive. Stay here you wont regret it!!

The best house we've ever lived in! Everything is new, clean, very comfortable. Around a lot of greenery, flowers, quiet, no traffic noise, only heard the birds singing - really happy Villa. The house is nice to be, not hot, there are powerful quiet fans. You can cook in your kitchen, there is everything you need: dishes, a large refrigerator with freezer, stove. In the bathroom all the plumbing is new, the floor and walls are lined with beautiful tiles, excellent water pressure. The hosts take care of you and your safety (there are CCTV cameras), Malisha is a great cook, and Tilak will help solve any issues. We hope to come to you again!

Lovely place! We stayed at the villa for 3 months, our apartment was on the 2nd floor so that every morning we woke up and have breakfast with a picturesque view on the nature in front of us. Squirrels, peacocks, lots of birds and monkeys are incredible to see every day! What is more, we felt ourselves safe at the villa as it is provided with security cameras. The owners, Malisha and Thilak are wonderful! They are very open, friendly and always ready to help! We wish to come to HappyVilla again! Anastasia and Dmitry

Very quiet, peaceful location sorrounded by nature, comfortable, spacious room and terrace. There is a kitchen and washing machine available too. Super lovely host, Malisha, who is very accommodating with all your needs, she always had some local food/drink for me to try. It felt like home. I stayed for 2 weeks and would definitely go back. Very good value for money, 100% recommended.

Happy Villa - happy people!! Wonderful owners and so cozy place! It is hidden from the roads sound but only a few minutes walk to the road with stores, restaurants and the long beach. As it is hidden from the busy town a lot of beautiful birds, peakocks and monkeys are enjoying the area as well. And the bed is comfy :) I can really recommend this place!
