Management needs to look on these issue very seriously.. We're customer not a thief or coming inside your mall for pickpockets. You already placed too many guards at entrance and exit.. Then why your staffs keep on following customers like we commit any crime or burglary at your place.. My wife is having a list of cosmetics stuffs to buy, finally we left the place without shopping, felt very unpleasant with the staffs attitude.. Decided to never again step in inside these shop anymore... Hope the management know how to respect the customers privacy... 😡🥵😡

The Worst experience I had throughout my entire life. They DONOT allow to take personal handbags inside but have to leave it no matter what at the entrance. I asked the security personal at the entrance to let me take my bag as I had my tab and some valuables. He refused up front saying he is just following orders. Then I offered him to check my bag before and after I enter the premises. Then he eyed at the door saying me to “ get out “. I immediately asked for his supervisor to sort this hand bag issue out and for this security personals attitude towards me. but he replied that no supervisor is available at this given time ( mind you this was around 7 pm ish) they stay open till 8:30 according to the outside notice. I showed my self out as they tried to portrait us ( customers) as thieves. Then I tried calling the arcades contact number who eventually gave me a wrong number of their so called “supervisor”. Just get this straight, use of cctv, product tagging is business’s responsibility and enforcing such tight security on customers and rude behavior towards customers is not forgivable. I will not take my business over there again and will not allow anyone I know to visit this place. Word of mouth is very powerful.

Best place to buy every kind of women’s cosmetics items.located in-front of the galle bus station, next to P&G City. Large variety of perfumes,wristwatch, nail care , hair care, bags, 👞 available.no parking spaces available.staff is not that much friendly.prices also bit high compared to other stores.

All the things are good except one...Ladies in the service in this store is helping and following our every step...That is too much...Sometime it is stressfull to buy items in here...If the owner or anyone wants secure selling items, through them from customers or anything so please make another option . Helping too much is really stressful in sometime for many customers ...And make free to select and pickup their items in own way...It's so annoying .Customers are not robbers..They come here for buying items...Not for stealing

Place located close to the Galle bus stand. Here you can buy cosmatics, perfumes, bags, wallets , watches, small jewelleries, chocolates, cloths any many more. Attractiveness is very high. But most of the cloths are not branded or high quality ones while the prices of products are comparatively higher than the other shops.

The customer service experience was disappointing and far from pleasant. 😩My overall experience was not satisfactory, and I cannot recommend this establishment. The policy of disallowing free shopping and prioritizing specific purchases was inconvenient. Additionally, the prices of their items were notably higher than the market rates.

The staff treat customers in a very rude way. We want to purchase items but they keep on asking with a high tone if we are gonna buy it or not in an aggressive way. Zero customer service. Only the people at the cashier do a good job. Rest of the staff need to learn how to treat customers. I don't recommend this place because of the poor staff.

It was really unpleasant experience for us to being there. The worst service we’ve ever received throughout our entire lives. Me and my girlfriend visited this place when we were on our vacation in Sri Lanka. They didn’t let us inside because my girlfriend had a handbag with her. The security person tried to force us to leave the bag in a bag collecting area or something like that. It was nearly 7000 Australian dollars worth of louis vuitton handbag and there’s no way I let him keep that. I didn’t say anything to the security person about the price, but for that reason I politely said “NO, we can’t leave the bag” and rejected his request. Then the unbelievable thing happened. The security person tried to check her handbag with all her personal belongings. What kind of person trying to go through a women’s stuff. They have No manners, No respect towards the customer. We immediately left the place without even entering. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Beware!

They have the WORST customer service. Employees always roam around the customers. She always carries her jewelleries in her bag. But the security guard stopped us from taking her hand bag into the shop as if they compensate us for our precious things. Good place to shopping in Galle. Lot of items under one roof. lot of varieties cloths , cosmetics, bags, slippers, hair accessories, jewelry, also chocolates and cashews. Reasonable prices. Near to Galle bus stand..

Conveniently displayed items for customers .Mens section staff helpful and polite.First floor sun glasses , men and women cosmetics , good collection of perfume ect.second floor got some essentials ,party decors ect.They also got chocolates some other sweets.

Mostly counterfeit products, the staff are very annoying and follow you giving you no space. They actually don’t have any product knowledge and are all in a rush to put their numbers on the products so they can make a commission. Not a good system.

Had a very bad experience here. I had my phone in my hand to show the shop assistants what I was looking for. Suddenly a female employee loudly insulted me in the middle of the stairwell that I had stolen something. She said I had a cream in my hand that I wanted to steal. But it was my phone. Super unpleasant to be made to look so stupid. That's no way to treat customers. I won't be coming back.

Having a wide variety of beauty products. Counterfeits are in great abundance tho. Staff is super annoying🤢🤢🤢 they follow each and every move of yours, forcing you to buy products just to complete their targets. Really really irritating. One of the worst shopping experiences that a customer can ever have.

Situated behind the Galle main bus stop. Staff is very friendly but their assistance is at times too much and we can’t enjoy our shopping. The store is about 4 stairs. Jewellery and accessories, kids section, women collection, gents section and beauty products are available. You have to leave all your bags in the counter since the shop is openly exhibits the product. They gave a small basket to but all the accessories and didn’t allow us to take to upstairs. We had to use a reusable bags after that. When we came to the counter to pay, it was confusing because the assistant forgot to produce the badket to the counter earlier. The store is bit crowded. Lots of things so its bit congested. Prices are reasonable. I loved the earing collection there.

NEGATIVE! Please, stop following the customers and starring them! it’s annoying, and just kills your sales! I have no idea why the stuff is doing that but it’s rude and aggressive. I felt like suspicious and if I would steal something. then, I don’t get why they are asking to leave bags/backpacks/etc. at the entrance. it’s just ridiculous! AC?! Would you turn them on?! if owners of this store are trying to save money turning off the AC, so the truth is you are losing the customers, because I just wanted to get out from the store - hot, humid, and the fitting room smells really bad… it’s a little bit more expensive than some stores around but I found some things that I was looking for so this is only one positive.

This is good place to go shopping and to find those mini things too. I'm not happy that they have security protocols to not to take either pictures or videos inside the shop. But the shop and the goods are fine. And also staff need more attitude towards their customers as well. I don't know if there was any issue but when I walking inside the store deciding the product I want there is always a staff behind me. It's okay if they come to me and ask if there any help needed for me but they did not and just followed me and that's creepy. Still a recommend store for go shopping.

one of my friend wanted to buy something from this shop and there were 5 of my friends including me we kept our bags at the entrance and tried to enter the shop but the bald security who was standing near the entrance stopped us and told us "I wont let you all enter so just two of you guys can enter" and he allowed two of us to enter while stopping remaining 3 of us at the entrance, this security guard's attitudes was horrible and the management of the shop will never fix this issue as some of my other friends' experienced this as well. This shop doesnt even deserve one star.

One of the largest varieties of Ladies fashion items Shop in Galle. They are not allowing to carry handbags. There are seating areas available for mens. Gents charge your phones when your Ladies visit this shop it will take awhile 🤣😁

I also had bad experiences several times cashier Nirosha has added a ladies watch to my bill and i had paid for it. I have Made a complain but no response. This is not the first time i experienced this type of mistakes. It is a shame for the Pink Arcade.

Good and tidy place in the Galle town. I went there to buy a gift box like a chocolate hamper. The customer service was really good but sometimes kinda felt too much. But the cashier and even the security was really nice and friendly.

I had the worst experience when buying some fancy items from Pink Arcade in Galle. I carefully chose a pair of earrings and decided to buy them after some testing. Then the helping girl gave me a tag for the earrings and said that she would bring it to the counter. However, I think they broke it and fixed it with a stepladder pin, or they switched the product for a damaged one. I saw it when I arrived to home and next day I inform them about it. But they are not ready to accept it. They said it was my fault.

Very cheap and worst costumes service. We choose item with tagged price but they increase the tagged price with their own rates and argue with me and they told if u want buy if not u can go. Very bad behavior.

In this store you can buy fancy items, chocolates, perfums,gift items and various kinds of items. Staff is very friendly. Price is little bit expensive but products are really good. Highly recommended this store.

This shopping mall sucks! You guys sell pretty stuff at groundbreaking prices only to find them in ruins when brought home. I bought a keytag at Rs.690 and when I checked it out to see how cool it is, it was leaking like hell! You can clearly see the leak and the shiny bit (the gel) in the photos below. I have many more horrible complains but it would take a year to type all that. All I can say is... SUE THESE GUYS!!!!
