Galle Fort Beach is a great place to relax yourself. You can see the sunset from one side. It's very calm and serene in weekdays and busy during weekends. It's a great place to spend 0 and get the best out of it. It's safe for kids to have a Seabath around the dedicated area.

Good and please clean

Not a good beach for swimming. Water it's too shallow, max 80 cm here. Also the ground is full of stones once you get into the water. May be ok for children playing on the beach. The place is not maintained, so there is thrash in the sand

Did not see any life guards here. Place looks safe. But be careful when you swim. This place has spikes around.

Safe place to bath, beautiful views

Very pleasant experience here, swimming is not recommended here however when there is low tide it seems fine the waves are not very rough, nice to have some relextion, it might get crowded during peak hours 😎👀
