Few months back...I updated my spectacles as i was continuing my spectacle requirments from Vision Care for long time. But unfortunately the last selected frame was not what i really wanted, as i got it to my hands. Thats purely not there fault,it was all mine. Even though the bad decision from my side, they manged to Change my spectacles to the same Brand that i was using previously OAKLEY. Which i thnik they took the customer care and relationship to next level. NO Words to thank them. Specially The Manager Vision Care Galle Branch and the sales person who served me. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Highly recommended. This is one of the best optical service I recommend with confidence. I have been their customer for a long time now. The service is still the same superior quality from the day I started going there. The staff is very friendly and caring. They are highly professional and very customer centered. You can rely on their advice on all your needs. The products are of very high quality. You can opt to go for branded products as well as some low cost products depending on your budget. Yet I’m sure all the products are of high quality. There is good parking space at Magalle. Since the COVID, please book an appointment before you go there to make your job done smoothly.

CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY POOR. I was trying to book an appointment for a biometry test via their landline for few days. Suprisingly no one from the outlet didnt bother to pick the damn phone. Then today (29 July 2023) went to get the test done without making an appointment. After making the required payments my test was scheduled to start @ 11.40 am. However my name was not called even after 12pm. Since i had another doctor appointment which was scheduled to start at 12.30pm , i went to the front desk & got my test re scheduled to 2pm. After my appointment with the doctor, i again visited to vision care for my test around 2.20pm. (That delay was beyond my control, in fact my doctor was late to arrive to hospital for the appointment). Since from my second visit on today to vision care, i spoke to staff members at different levels & asked about my test. After another 1.5 hours only my name was called for the test. By that time i was getting ready to leave this place forgetting about the payments that i have made.. THIS IS THE LEVEL OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE...UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES VISIT TO THIS PLACE WHICH WASTE YOUR VALUBALE TIME AS IF THEY DO FREE OF CHARGE EYE TESTS.

This is the only place that I know in Galle to do all kinds on vision related testing. I would not recommend buying spectacles from here. Vision Care used to be quality not anymore. Even if you buy an expensive frame it is fragile and easily breaks. The one I bought 8 years back is still in good condition while the arms of the one I bought 1 year back broke while openning (both of them) in 2 seperate occasions. So not recommended 👎. Can be recommended for testing only. 👍

They provide very good service. The durability of their glasses is very high. The after service is also very good.Highly recommended.

very friendly doctors, fast service

I visited Vision Care, Galle and I didn't expect to get new glass within 3 days after ordering. Their customer care is extremely high. Selecting a frame was not easy but Isuru Disanayaka and Parami were very patient. Their customer care was praise worthy. Indeed I am so happy with my glasses. I highly recommend this place for the quality products and the services they offer.

Very poor customer service.they havent any appointment system, they give same time for all customers.. really disappointing service. don't wast your valuable time.. and your money. nothing special.. i never came again.. I book a appointment two days ago by ower the phone. but when we came here, they told me they havent any doctor appointment system.. and also the giving number for us as comming order, really cheep system such as government hospital

The best place to get spectacles. I’ve been a customer at vision care for a very long time and they’ve never disappointed me with their service. I just have to tell them what I want and they come up with the perfect pair. Would recommend Vision care to anyone who wants to get their spectacles and sunglasses. Aftercare - like most business is none existent. Honestly these guys are so incompetent, purchased a pair of glasses, paid for the top lens which subsequently turned ‘urine yellow’ after two months and several visits they can’t even find the glasses. No update, no call nothing.

Very poor after care, my mother's spectacle bought 2yrs ago, i went recently for repair frame left hand, they applied some glue and tight screw and gave me(but not rectified),, after that i gave it to another shop in galle (solar optical) they fixed it within 1 day (repaired by some soldering method, also only rs 450/= cheap price,,) vision care is a place where looting money from people using their fake prices and social appearence, they are not in talent, good for rubbish posh people,, i was customer of VISION CARE since 2016,, sorry vision care for this comment,, but this is real story that what had happened to me..

Vision Care Galle branch provided an amazing service when I ordered a pair of spectacles. I only called them and did not even visit the shop. They prepared the spectacles very fast within less than two weeks time. Special thanks to the manager Galle branch who supported throughout my purchase and also other staff members. I Highly recommended this place for anyone who live abroad.

Very poor service. My mom and aunt went to get spectacles and got the worst quality items. When we went three times to inform about that their response was not good. Don't recommend this to anyone.

I wanted a get a pair of spectacles along with an eye comfort to computer screen. As per previous recommendation I chosed Vision care galle. I need to say the assistants, Ms.Parami Dissanayake and Mr.Isuru Dissanayake was very helpful and pleasanf finding me the best out of a lot as soon as possible.
