Good hotel with friendly service. We just spent the day there without room service. The guest washrooms are clean but need to improve privacy (too transparent). Food is good too. Due to covid they barely take reservations however midst of all chaos they extended service to us and called their staff/ cheff for service.

What a stunning view from the room. Very friendly staff, especially the owner. Directly on the beach, we could see seaturtles from our balcony. Food was not our favourite, it was made by order, but we think normally they have buffet. Our fried egg tasted like fish. There was low season, when we visited the hotel. If you are in Dalawella, you won't do anything wrong by choosing this hotel!

Loved it! Simple boutique hotel with everything one would need for a beachfront experience. The staff were super accommodating and went out of their way to fullfil any requests I made.

Superb location and service also great. Foods were provided as requested and the staff were very helpful from the beginning. Very convenient to have a morning and evening bath in the sea surrounding reefs without being washed out. We were checked in as a family of 12 and they provided the best service. Never forget to watch and feed the tortoise coming and hanging out with you while having a bath in the sea.

This is a beautiful spot on Dellawella beach this is the spot the turtles come to ride the waves, its a very rough sea dead opposite the hotel but just to the left there is a calm spot where you can swim happily. The actual hotel is great I have been here 3 times now and love it for its views the rooms are comfy with aircon and great balcony. Breakfast is OK you have lots of local restaurants either side on the beach and it's on 400 for a Tuc Tuc into Unawatuna. I wouldn't walk it as its not so safe to walk on the roads and the beach is tough walking over rocks then you have to walk on the road half way as the tide comes in. Always love coming here as so so tranquil.

I highly recommend this beach side property if you ever plan to stay at Unawatuna, Sri Lanka. It offers a mesmerising view. The rooms are spacious, clean and neatly set. The glass doors are sound proof. Staff is not only friendly, but very helpful. I stayed here around my birthday and was very happy with the service.

I liked the room especially the view, but it was the only good thing. For the price the hotel should be better. Breakfast should be a lot better…

Worth it!!!!! Amazing hotel... We booked room for two people and we got balcony with beach view.... Its totally amazing to stay. Rooms are hygienic and services are too fast. We enjoyed.. Surely gonna revisit...

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Lanka. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

The view from the room is the best as the corals can be seen and also the coconut trees. And the food is mind blowing.

So First of all this is Not a 3 or 4 Star hotel. With any luck IS a 2. There is No roof Garden as advetised, Not a bar outside .the swimming Pool is next to the reception, Noone ist using IT cause the Location and depth( too shallow) are inconvenient. Plus Side : rooms are spacious and there is an aircondition, View IS OK and dallawella beach ist 1 Minute in foot More negative Points: Breakfast ist worse than a one Star hotel. Coffe , tastless yellowisch Juice, one slice of bread( Toast), 1/4 Waffel, Jam, Butter, a sausage and an Egg of Ur choice( ommelet or scrubbled). One would Thing there is a Buffet hence Uhr Buffet Tables cuttlery , but No. Just an overpriced Server breakfast Hotel exterior is a No Go. Since mentioned bar IS nowhere to find, sundbeds are Kind of dirty and only under the Shadow. The while Hotel makes the Impression If IT is under construction or damage from an earthquake All in all choose another Hotel from the nearby and Not this one.

This was a simpler hotel that we chose outside of our tour operator. It was a three star type spot really pretty beach. The people were very nice. It was kind of small but adequate we would stay there again.

A very nice hotel with beautiful and clean rooms just 5 meters away from the shoreline! We got a big room with big balcony, quiet A/C and fantastic view. Personnel is very freindly and helpful: beginning of october we were the only guets here and one evening, even if it was late and in the mid of a blackout they quickly opened up the kitchen and prepared a fantastic dinner for us. Breakfasts ware amazing, everyday the cook suprised us with new creations, he is a master of his art. Just the pool is poor, quite cold because more or less indoor, but this is not the reason qou want to stay here. In fact sust 50 meters away along the beach you have a sort of huge natural pool were we spent several days swimming together with giant sea turtle, it has been unique experience!! I strongly recommend this place!

Horrible experience…. They have charged us 38/- for the basic lunch bill of fried rice with chicken for 12 packs on 28 08 2022. Would have got a decent lunch from a 4 star hotel at this rate. Do not recommend this place for any…

Lovely hotel with great staff. At a quiet end of the beach. Loads of turtles to watch swimming in the sea right outside of the hotel.

The hotel is located right on the beach but also well connected to the main road. Professional staffs and reasonably priced.

Bad internet. The entrance to the sea is really bad because there are rocks. When I went to the balcony, hit my freaking head and broke my thumb because I didn't see the glass there. The stuff is kinda nice. There aren't many things to chose from on breakfast. The food is not bad but I personally don't recommend spaghetti carbonara. I have never eaten that gross thing in my life.

We stayed here for 3 nights. For the price they ask they should offer much much more. When we arrived the bedsheets were dirty. The entire hotel looks like needs renovations. The furniture was old, smelly and dirty The breakfast is poor. The hotel is seriously under stuffed and it is basicly runned by three youngsters in their twenties which are at the same time servers, bartenders and beach boys. The beach in front of the hotel is small. Overall, poor accommodation conditions.

A great place to stay because it's right on the beach and it has a small indoor pool as well. If you can book a room on the 3rd or 4th floor ( they have a lift!) you get a wonderful view of turtles feeding on the reef there. It's a superb and safe spot to bath and also snorkel...loads of wonderful beach activity and natural beauty! The staff were relaxed and friendly and we felt very much at home. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious. They offer room service- with quite a wide variety and we really enjoyed our Sri Lankan breakfast as well ! I would recommend this place highly !

Perfect for a (young) family holiday! So close to the beach which means you can go back and forth to the hotel room. There is a nice (shady) pool, the beach had a natural pool which makes it nice to swim without big waves for young children. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They were so kind to our little 15 month old boy, always happy to wash his bottles or cups, clean the room in between nap times etc. Breakfast opens early and they have a high chair. Nearby there is fun stuff to do for adults too, such as Angel Beach Club etc. It was a perfect family holiday destination to us. Not highly luxurious or anything but fairly simple and all you need with young kids!

Stayed one day with extended family. Very good service. Local food served on request. Very good and tasty food. Nice view of the beach from the rooms. Sea Turtels can be seen from the rooms. Sea bathing possible in a safe location bit left to the hotel. Surprisingly Sea Turtels joined us during the sea bath. Rooms are clean but the linen needs to be changed. Mostly torn & stained. Affordable pricing.

Place was really good. Staff was excellent. They arranged our lunch in the beach garden. Food and the size of the portions were good. Prices were reasonable compared to other same level hotels and restaurants around the area.

not bad had good relaxing time. hotel need to be repaired on some sections and food quality need to be improve more. but you get what you pay for. hotel is secure and safe nice small pool and nice privet beach.
