We went this place for first time. Not much crowded place. Place is very clean and beautiful. We ordered chicken cheese koththu (1500 LKR) and that was delicious. We got a large portion and that was more than enough to feed 2 people. Service is great. Interior design must be updated because it seems little darker inside.

The restaurant is located on a busy road near the canal. Interior design should be updated due to not corresponding light walls and dark light. Range of dishes includes traditional but not everything mentioned in menu is available. Tasty ice cream, but other dishes don't have anything special. The price of meals is normal or slightly overrated. For example, chicken kottu costs 840 rs for large portion and can be ordered for 550 - 700 in local canteens in the city but it's cleaner in this restaurant. Another negative moment the music equipment is old and works not properly. Loud music is interrupting time by time with very unpleasant resonances which affects a lot for your comfort. Be aware the service charge is not included in a dish rate so, you will be charged extra 10% that is not common in other local canteens. Don't believe the restaurant's manager who would play with you with hope to accept the best review in return for 10% loyalty discount for the next visit. He doesn't keep his promise and no any discounts you won't accept. Such attitude is not professional. It's weird staff of the restaurant cares about few hundred rupees more than about the restaurant's reputation. Conclusion. It would be a nice spot in case of the design renovation, adjusting a proper musical system and searching for more professional staff.

Went there for the first time. We ordered full cheese Kottu for lunch and they accepted the order. It took them more than 45 minutes to serve the order. But I must say that all tables were full that time so it was possible to delay at busy times. Must say about the food it was fantastic. The best Kottu I have ever eaten in galle. Recommend for anyone to go and eat a Kottu. The price was reasonable, nothing to complain about. I didn't try anything else but I think if others also are good as the Kottu I highly recommend it to anyone.

Beware of tourist rip-offs! In this restaurant there are different cards with different prices for tourists and locals. (E.g. drinks prices are not visible on the tourist card, 10% service fees were only noted on the tourist card) We ordered a vegetarian curry, but only received rice with a salad. After a long wait and also asking when the curry was coming, we were served a few vegetables in coconut milk after waiting several times. (No taste) This restaurant was by far the worst of our 5 week trip. Tourists should avoid this restaurant!

The place has a good location. The food was wonderful, super delicious, the boys who works there were very kind to us. They prepared us all food without hot spices, I'm super happy about that. The place is not a luxury one, but it was ok for us. We prefer to eat nice and yammie food. 😋😎👍

This is a highly recommended place i have visited recently. Though many clients come to the restaurant at a same time, customer service is immediately and friendly given. It is a suitable place to small events like birthday parties. Especially i should mention we can get best kottu with reasonable price.

Long service, the food was cooked for about 45 minutes. We ordered juice and shakes and they were salty, it was impossible to drink them. The quality of the food is also poor, the chicken was overcooked and you could only eat 30-40% of the entire dish. Ordered a dish with seafood, as the person in the company does not eat meat, they brought him seafood with sausages. The only thing pleasant was the service, the staff was polite. The price of the food does not correspond to the quality. Also after the meal was a stomach ache.

Foods were delayed. Vegetables such as leaks were under-cooked. Please rectify these. If you are not confident that you can deliver the order right on time, don't accept it. Whenever you accept an order you have to make sure that you deliver it right on time without wasting time of people and starve them out. Anyway best of luck for the future, place looks nice.
