    Earlier there service was very poor as they haven't got accessories need. Now the Location is good. Staff service is ok but they can't make quick decisions. Time pass untill phone repair makes easy as they give phone charging service and comfortable seats to wait. Overall ok.

    They are not answering their hotline number. Everytime busy or not answering. I just tried more than 10 times. I am planing to send a email with video recording to Huawei.

    I have replaced Gr5 battery recently. Have to keep your phone for around 5 hours for repair. Very hard to contact them over the phone.prices are reasonable for battery replacement.

    Very bad. I'm waiting for my keyboard more than 1,5 months now. Noone can tell when it is coming and how much will that cost. Contacted customer support many times, no help.

    They have fast service but there hasn't some Phone spare parts. So you have to order it and waiting around 2 weeks to get. There service ara very friendly 😀👍
