I
gave
it
the
highest
score,
only
in
the
aggregate
price
and
quality.
For
the
price
we
paid,
it
would
be
arrogant
of
us
to
expect
higher
demands.
The
villa
has
5
separate
rooms,
each
with
a
sanitary
room
(shower,
toilet).
Air
conditioning,
ceiling
fan.
One
of
the
rooms
has
a
separate
entrance
from
the
street.
Four
rooms
share
a
living
room.
You
need
to
understand
that
this
villa
was
once
a
residence,
and
was
not
originally
built
to
receive
tourists,
so
the
kitchen
and
kitchen
utensils
are
from
those
who
lived
previously.
You
can
cook
in
the
kitchen,
although
we
lived
in
the
same
group
and
rented
the
entire
villa,
so
using
a
shared
kitchen
did
not
cause
any
difficulties.
It’s
hard
to
imagine
how
to
use
it
if
you
rent
only
one
room
with
other
people
staying.
The
owner
is
very
hospitable.
Good-natured.
Responding
to
requests.
He
prepared
breakfast
for
us
every
morning
and
treated
us
to
various
Sri
Lankan
fruits
every
day.
Breakfast
is
good
enough
for
me
as
a
man.
Eggs,
omelette,
fried
sausages,
yoghurt,
toast,
scones,
butter,
jams,
fruit.
Traditionally,
children
cooked
their
own
porridge.
According
to
our
wives,
breakfast
from
the
owner
is
their
salvation
from
the
morning
bustle.
The
location
was
very
convenient
for
us,
but
if
we
had
a
Tuk-Tuk
for
rent,
since
the
beach
within
walking
distance
is
not
the
best
for
this
part
of
the
coast.
It
is
more
suitable
for
surfers
rather
than
swimming
and
bathing.
But
the
proximity
to
the
city,
especially
to
the
historical
part
of
the
city
(Ford
Halle),
brightened
up
the
evenings
when
it
became
dark,
there
was
nothing
to
do
on
the
beach,
and
it
was
boring
to
sit
within
four
walls
all
evening.
The
downside
is
that
it
is
located
close
to
a
Muslim
mosque,
from
which
from
5.00
to
6.00
in
the
morning
the
singing
of
prayers
could
be
heard
throughout
the
immediate
vicinity.
Anyone
who
is
a
light
sleeper
will
definitely
wake
up.
By
the
way,
although
the
rented
Tuk-Tuk
was
parked
outside
the
villa
at
night,
the
chances
are
low
that
it
would
be
stolen
or
something
similar
would
be
done
to
it,
due
to
the
fact
that
the
entrance
to
the
villa
is
a
dead-end
and
not
a
passageway,
there
were
no
strangers
there
and
it
not
visible
from
the
main
road.
For
those
who
like
to
take
hot
showers
with
good
pressure,
this
is
not
the
place.
But,
as
far
as
I
understand,
the
concept
of
hot
water
for
a
tourist
from
Russia,
especially
one
living
in
a
private
house,
and
the
local
way
of
life
are
two
different
things.
“Hot”,
or
rather
warm
water
is
provided
here
due
to
solar
energy,
and
the
water
pressure
for
a
small
storage
tank
is
enough
for
everyone
living
in
different
rooms.
But,
these
are
features
of
most
of
the
private
sector
in
Sri
Lanka,
and
not
a
disadvantage
of
this
particular
villa.
Also,
a
local
monitor
lizard
comes
to
visit
the
villa.
He
is
very
cool,
and
perhaps
protects
the
villa
from
local
exotic
cockroaches.
