When ever rains the power goes out. Most frequent excuse they give is " it will take sometime to restore the electricity". I'm not happy with these excuses.

The question is how are they still in business. Whenever there is a power cut their phones don't work. Even when you get through somehow you get lied. This time when I called I was told power should be back on by 5.30 and it's 6.40 now and it still has not. These guys don't even deserve the one star you could rate them.

Very very poor service and even not answering hotline when power failure occurs. Last night (16th June), same situation in Galle near Richmond hill scheme. But payment of Bill's should be done properly. Very pathetic.

It is the galle lit festival and they can’t give electricity.horrible. They are crazy hopeless.

First of all I definitely don't think they deserve even a star for their poor service. Unfortunately we cannot comment without at least giving one star. LECO Galle, just want to know if your telephone line works from electric power coz soon as a power cut happens your phone line goes off as well. So I guess you should check on your phone line first before working on area electricity issues.
