This is an amazing restaurant with great view and good food! Located right infront of the hikkaduwa beach, it serves such great dishes. I tried their Chicken curry since I was craving for one, and my heart was satisfied to the core. Loved it! Also the behaviour of the staff and owner is worth mentioning!

Me and my wife both had pizzas, which were good. Nothing phenomenal, but really good basic pizzas. Waiters were constantly running from table to table, but still the service was quick enough. Beautiful view to the sea and no noice from traffic at all. Restroom was really clean and fresh. A solid 4/5. Thank you Refresh!

We came on the recommendation of our TukTuk driver, pleasant surprise, Jumbo Prawn Srilankan style curry and Crab Singapore style picked by ourselves . We enjoyed it. We were chatting with the manager after we finished eating, very nice guy. Good place to eat seafood.

This restaurant is right on the Hikkaduwa beach! It is a large and well established place. The place was clean and very welcoming. This is one of those places where you get a local Lion beer, sit and relax and watch the ocean and veg and enjoy some great tast food!! The experience I had here was amazing! They mostly cater to the tourist taste. The food was really tasty, and the service was friendly and fast! The prices too were reasonable. When I visit this area, I plan to stop at this place and have a few meals. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pros: good variety of sea food. Very fresh and flavourful. Staff is courteous. Cons: Fans doesn’t cover the entire seating area which makes it unpleasant to sit in humid conditions.

Such beautiful scenery 😍. Spend 3 hrs there and love every single minute of it. Tourists are usually civil, some can get a bit rowdy but overall very good place. The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing.

The location is an okay place. We had a sea food pizza and pork with bamboo sprouts. At the beginning we got the menu by ourselves, since the staff ignored us. I had a bad feeling, but the location is nice and the view on the ocean quite beautiful. The pizza was okay and 3/5 stars, nothing special but okay. The quantity of the topping was very rich and better as at other places. Unfortunately the pork was chewey, and tasted a bit like too much Maggi. The fries (who serves fries to pork with bamboo sprouts?) were old and stale. Maybe I did not read the menu carefullybut I expected rice. The house wine was okay, but do not expect European quality.

We had a beautiful lunch at the front of the restuarant with a view of the river and sea. The friendly owner was very helpful and accommodated our requests for a slightly different menu and the Galettes we had were perfect. We can definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to return one day.

Fabulous New Year’s meal for our group of people of different ages and with different requests. Crab curry won our popular vote abs then jumbo prawn curry and oysters! Definitely a fit for celebration meal.

Will adjust spice if you ask. Clean toilets. Women’s is the first toilet - odd signage :) Driver’s get a free meal here.

It's ok but felt the food is slightly overpriced. We ordered a mixed seafood noodles which is just a basic looking, basic tasted noodle but was priced at LKR900+. For breakfast it was an english breakfast with two skinny sausages, 2eggs which were done okish (had the option to choose from scrambled, fried, poached) 2 slices of tomato and a slice of cheese (cheese slices) and slices of bread. Everything tasted ok but the first impressions weren't good.

Excellent place for a fresh and well prepared seafood feast. But on the pricey side but well worth it. The seafood platter is amazing. Including a lot of the heavy hitters and some specials. Fresh seafood always in stock. Simple yet well maintained decor with an old Lankan charm to it. As well as it being a being side property the view plus sea breeze ads to the experience.

Being om hospitality business they were hostile to group of 10 and indirectly asking us to go back by saying it will take minimum of 2 to 2.5hrs for food to serve you on table. Quality of food is average but they are charging bomb and adding 10% of service charge for giving us bad treatment. I would like to appeal everyone to share their honest review about the place. Their are more than half dozen options available near this place. Please have a look at the way they served halfed cooked rice. #shameful
