I'll never buy from Abans. 3 years ago I brought a fully automatic LG washing machine from Abans Galle branch. Weeks ago it suddenly failed to function properly. Abans gave an estimation of 15,000/= for replacing the main board. But I managed to buy exact same bard from a 3rd party for a much lower cost of 6000/= with a warranty. I think this is enough for understanding their after service. I'll never ever buy anything from Abans and I don't trust LG products anymore.

Very poor aftersale service, I brought freestanding cooker, it's getting corrode within warranty period but they do not get proper action for rectification. Never buy anything from abans.

One of worst service provider around Galle. They took two month to reinstall my air conditioner after making many calls. Took one week to repair once it was broken.. Useless. I willl not recommend 👎

Worst customer service ever. I brought AC in April 2021 and since December they were not placed the job order for free service even i visited to the branch and ask for service. Hotline will not work for any inquiry. Very disappointed.

I have Hoover dryer machine from Abans. It was repaired under warranty and I was told that the price of the spare part that was replaced (heater support) was Rs6500 and the warranty for the new pair part is 1 month. In few months my dryer broke down again. Same spare part to be replaced, but now price of the spare part for me is Rs27000 and warranty is 6 months!! It seams that under warranty the spear part was replaced to some fake one!!! Never use ABANS!!!!

Don’t buy your washing machine here. Bought already 2 washing machines here. Abans didn’t fix any of them the right way. Due to that our washing machine fell down a staircase and they didn’t care about it. Terrible customer service.
