    Very Pure & bad customer service... The woman who claims to be the bank manager thinks that she is the Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka..😂 Bank Staff working in the transaction section here think that the customers are coming to get their money .. The security thinks that he is the bank manager.. No parking slots.. This bank does not recommend ..

    Worst bank service ever. Customers are in long que and service are super lame. Lots of staff going here and there, chattering. To get online banking facility to mobile people have to wait morethan 2 hrs.

    ➡️ SHE DESERVES AN AWARD 💐 Since i were moved temporarily from abroad to Sri Lanka, BOC Galle Branch were my prime choice to receiving my overseas funds via Western Union, I noticed many time that one of their staff Ms Thilini at Personal Banking Unit desk ( not included on the photo ) were super efficient with her humble smiley face. She is very polite, kind and patience as well while handling my documentation process before i could receive my payment.... Ms. Thilini's profesionalism is one of the reason that i still attached with BOC Galle City Branch too.. Kudos to BOC Galle City to hire a responsible staff like her.. Ms. Thilini really deserves a recognization from BOC on future for her charismatic personality ‼️

    Worst customer service ever. If you ever go to put a fixed deposit, they will ask you to go here and there and finally when you are done with unclear photocopied application, you will then ask to wait in long que that will not last for at least 2 hours. No single responsible person to guide you and no so called customer service representative available here. And in the private banking section, there are some ladies favoring their friends and relatives to come up front in the line irrespective of long awaiting ques. So if you do not have a contact, you will have to wait like everybody else. And they will treat you like you gonna steal your money. Lol Very inefficient just like other state banks. Just one point for managers to become a lil efficient at least, there are lots of people who are not that busy, yet why don’t you relocate them at least to update pass books? People management is the worse scenario here. Hope this branch will improve and glow as other leading BOC branches. Cheers!

    No car parking despite being the busiest bank in Galle city. Should relocate to a place with ample parking space.

    Worst bank ever. Very poor service. Doesn't know how to treat the customers. Debit card got expired and went to renew it but my request was declined several times saying the new cards they had are over and said that they do not have money to order them from a Singapore company. Waited for more than a year, but did not receive the new card. Moved to another bank.

    Nice staff. nice environment.u can withdraw and deposit money, do money transactions and exchange currencies from this place. No need for waiting in a queue, fast service. Simply the best place for all of this.

    This ATM machine as usual have input method which one can use straight away the amount likewise 2000.00/=such as and could use ATM visa card of sampth bank too ,and the que space is available under a roof ,here me and my mother she come whenever she wants to get her money in her book by visa or BOC bank card.
