Last time went to Gallestar restaurant for eat biryani unfortunately that was finish. Therefore I ate Beef fried Rice there. Nice place and tasty food.

Shawal rice is worth for the price, yummy and sufficient for 4-5 big heads just for 3000/-, fair space for dine in, facilities for family and friends, Beef masala and tandoori chicken are average in taste. Overall worth for the price. Friendly staff, good service.

Good place with so delicious food and good customer care service. You can have indian cuisines, Intalian cuisines an chicken varities with beverages like milkshakes and soft drinks. Environment is so charming and place has wedding hall for more than 1000 people.

I tried the Creamy Soup; the soup was awesome and recommendable. But the Fried Rice, Nasi goreng Rice and Devilled items has to be improved.

Place is nice and few kilometers away from Galle town. They have selection of beverages and meals to try. We had the shovel rice. One shovel is enough for 4 people and can have up to 5 if you have a light eater. Since we had a big group of 15 people, had to wait outside for around 15 minutes for space to be available. If planning to visit on large groups, make a reservation in advance. Food and service is ok and nothing to complain about.

Visited the place for a dinner with friends(15). Had to wait for around 20mins to get seats. It is better to make reservations before visit if you’re going with a large crowd. Tastes of foods are good. All the foods and beverages are provided for a reasonable price. Free parking space available for customers

Really good food! We tried the Indian food and it was very tasty. Also the service was very friendly and helpful. Good place to go when I want to spent a bit more then local food and less then tourist food.

Best shovel rice I ever had. The price is pretty reasonable and the staff here are very friendly. Despite the crowded environment, the staff makes good efforts to accommodate every guest.

We had dinner, which is served up to four persons each shovel of mixed rice and seafood. Be advised that there is a service charge, which adds a whooping 10% to the total bill

Delicious Shawal Mix Rice, and Tasty refreshment of Lime and Mint Jioce. Worth of Experience. However quality of service is good but should be improved, we ordered lime & mint juice and waited too long, received it after almost finishing our shawal rice. Anyway overall i would recommend this restaurant 👌
