We stopped at this place by chance, I hardly fancy any pastries…surprise surprise, the pasticiotto was really fresh and delicious! We tried the lemon and cream flavour.. I can confirm I want to go back to eat more 🤤🤤🤭 The friendly young waiter Ricca and his beautiful girlfriend were super sweet. We wish them a wonderful life together 👩‍❤️‍👨💖💕

Good ice cream Bad service and rude personnel. Lady serving the ice cream was kind and helpful. Guy at the register super rude and unpolite. I speak Spanish and when I asked him kindly what ice cream was the best (in Spanish: que helado es el mejor, in Italian: quale gelato è il migliore )he replied in italian "I don't understand , in Italy we speak Italian". One does not need to be a genius to understand the similarities! On top of that when we sat outside to enjoy the ice cream they told us we were not allowed, only for paying clients. There were 13 tables out of 18 available. Just because I asked OK how much does it cost to seat in your table, I guess the manager, came and told us it was ok to seat. Good reaction but way too late. Really ridiculous!

35 min for a Cappuccino… Service is very slow when u sit outside. You will wait forever and only slowly get served your things. Even to order you have to wait 15 min… but the food is good

Best ice cream in the world. My family had ice cream here three years ago and we still talk about it like it was yesterday. We can not talk about ice cream without talking about Martinucci's. The ice cream was rich and cream, the kind the melts in your mouth not your hand. Portions were very large and value was very good. We came for good ice cream and we ended up finding the best.

The quality of the products is high (pasticcioti, cornetti, etc) However the service is a DISASTER, only two waitters for the whole terrace and the aren’t helpfull or friendly at all, we had to wait 45 minutes in order to get our breakfast of 3 capuccino and a cornetto and 2 pasticcioti. Moreover, we ask for something to take away and one of the women inside was terribly rude. Not recomended, food is great but with tath service is not worthy

Disaster service - first cashier mixed my order, then when I received it it turned that I can't seat with coffee outside or on 2nd floor, God knows why... So had just to take dessert with me and leave the place...

Pasticcioto's are really good. However I don't understand the long queue for the ice cream. I think there are much better ice cream shops in Puglia.

Very nice italian breads over here for a good price. Would recommend one of the breads in the photo, typical italian bread.

Gelato was very good, which is not uncommon in Italy. Service was rushed and unclear in communication, I wouldn't visit to sit down. Take-away gelato or some dolce works though.

Pathetic service & subpar food. we waited outside for ages before going in to order because we thought maybe we had misunderstood, then I waited behind one person while they served two other people who walked in behind me, I was then yelled at to get outside if I wasn't ordering take away. The servers were just chatting to each other and ignoring customers and the food was pretty average. For the amount of servers to customers, there was not a lot of service going on. Save your money and go elsewhere, these people were so rude and their products were overpriced.

Incredible gelato. I highly recommend it. Try Provami and Gallipoli. You will not regret it! Never had anything this good ever!

Martinucci is all over puglia and their standard is always good. Cheap prices, good pastries and ice cream. Totally recommend it for a little treat break.

If you pass by Gallipoli just stop here for an ice-cream, a cake or an apero. It became our favourite stop before going back home in the evening for our last temptation.

BEST GELATO IN ITALY!! We have been road tripping around Italy from north to south and have had a lot of gelato on the way. This place was by far the BEST! So many unique and delicious flavors! And at such a reasonable price! (2€ for 2 generous scoops) You can also have your cone filled with melted chocolate, so good... The lady behind the counter is also really lovely and can explain everything to you in english :)

Waiters are not efficient at all. We ordered some salads, she comes back 10 min later to say there is no salad without any word to apology... so we change our mind and ordered something else. She forgot part of the command and claim to be paid immediatly without waiting for we finish and eventually order a dessert or coffee... out of that, the food was ok.

Never coming back!!! These kind of places ruins the the reputation of the whole area ... they were unbelievable rude and after that I had to wait 35 mins for an ice cream and it wasn't because of being short stuffed or busy (that I could understand) simply they had served every Italian speaking customer before me even those who came to the shop after me..... obviously after this I didn't like the ice cream at all...!

Amarena is one of the best I’ve ever tried! Really creamy and surely you’ll get few cherries too! Nociolla is superb! Creamy , nutty with good flavour , Gallipoli gelato is better then Polignano a Mare one I went for grande cono and that was pretty big So much fun and 3€ only Then I finished it off with a splendid Italian espresso Dolce vita!🇮🇹☕️☝🏼🍦
