We loved this place and came back 2 times. They offer over 100 pizza versions. Including vegan and gluten-free options. The service is nice and fast.

We were recommended Eskada to get vegan food in Gallapoli, but I can't say it was impressive. We had antipasti, soup and some vegan pizzas. The bread we had was squeaky, the olives still had their pits in, and some of the veggies were undercooked. I suspect that the mainstream pizzas are better to be fair, and the service wasn't bad.

Nice spacious outside seating area with friendly guys serving. Typical Salento pizza, although in my opinion doesn’t really amaze. The standard dough overpowers the flavours of the toppings. The sugo was of good flavour though. Any pizze with mortadella I’d not recommend, since it’s of low quality. But overall was a fine lunch.

There are more pizzas then you can imagine! The pizza is done fast and tastes really good!

The Pizza is super tasty. I have never gotten a Pizza so fast. We got our pizzas After 5 minutes.

Pizza dough made with natural yeast and lots of different toppings. I had an excellent Norcia style pizza with wild boar and venison

This was just the ticket - over 100 options for pizzas. We had the Buckwheat base pizzas. Good enough to fill some empty stomachs.
