Absolutely spectacular view, awesome spot for diving in these crystal clear waters, and also for photography. The entrance to the site cost 3 euro. A must see if you are in Puglia. I was with my friends in April and it was not crowded at all.

Beautiful to see such nature's work! The water is so clear that you can see the bottom of the ocean. Bit strange but there's a gate at the entrance which says that you have to pay €3,- per person. But there's no paying station or anything. You can walk through the complete area. Parking costs are €1,80 per hour. Worth visiting when travelling around Puglia!

We visited this place on 14 June and didn’t pay for entering. There are pay machines at the entrance to buy tickets from but nobody’s checking the tickets so no visitors are buying them 🤪 The tourist parking down the road was closed for maintenance (it was opened later in the day) which was very inconvenient. The grotto itself is quite stunning and deep so don’t be afraid to dive right in! Amazing experience! Beware of the purple jellyfish though - they sting quite badly.

3€ entry is definitely worth it! This also includes the archeological site across the road although the opening hours there were different so we didn’t go. Views were spectacular and amazing to jump from the cliffs into the sea. Lots of little coves to explore both on land and in the sea. Would recommend wearing sea shoes as some of the rocks are slippy/rough. No umbrellas allowed but shade available.

Do not lose your time to go there to see it! If you do not have green pass - forget it... it is open area, why green pass? What is Italian Government thinking??? After flying drone, I can tell that it is not worth it! Also, 3 Euro entrance for what?

A lovely place to swim. Fun for younger people to jump in the natural grotto. You have to pay for parking and entry to visit. Though worth it for the lovely swim and fun.

Prior to my trip to La Puglia I had the special recommendation to visit Cave of Poetry and I did it The day of the visit has not been the best because of the climate conditions, however, the area was open (this is a protected area) and we were able to see the different places around You can take a lot of pictures because the place is so beautiful Color of the rocks combined with color of the sea makes this place a valuable area to visit it

Tourist place to be visited. Was there in march. No one was there. Nice place. Good monument next to it. Be careful as there the terrain is not comfortable.

Very cool little grotto located a quick walk from the car park. You do have to pay €3 to enter so it’s worth making sure you plan to stay! You can jump into the grotto, the water is deep enough. The day we went it was extremely windy so I’d avoid it if the weather isn’t great!

This place is very beautiful to watch an amazing sunset while diving from the cliff. You can only reach here by car and there is parking space just a few minutes ahead. Don't park it in the road near the entrance as you mostly get a ticket. We went there during the evening and the weather was pretty good. I dived from the cliff 3 to 4 times and it was amazing. There is a small place near the entrance which sells drinks and quick food. They were also very helpful who told us not to park on the street. Later we found out that the people who parked there got a ticket.

Found a quiet cave to swim in on the other side from the active archaeologists working area; be sure to watch out for the jellyfish! Only a few others snorkeling passed through but had it to myself. Incredible blue water.

High expectations, a bit of a let down. You pay 3 euro per person, to only view a natural cave, which is closed for swimming. Still a really nice view of the surroundings and cool to see

One of the most beautiful places I've seen. The walk is a 10 minute walk from parking. There is a small fee for entrance. It is very worth it!

Entrance is 3€/person. You can jump in and swim if you like. Besides the view itself there is not much to see but it’s worthwhile visiting. There are toilets at the side of the road. And some mobile places to drink something if thursty. There is also a large paid parking space.

Traumhafte Bucht !

Great for jumping experience from the rocks (but take care as it's kind of forbidden, and might be dangerous if you don't jump in the right place). For lovers of snorkeling as well is a great experience, and just for visiting and photos as you see seems nice. However there's no sand beach, and going with kids isn't always a great idea if they're too small. Although my 8 year pld has jumped few times and was happy snorkeling!

No swimming is allowed there but you will surely find people jumping from the cliff, because that's in human nature! 😂🤟

Incredible place and able to jump off the rocks to swim. Plenty of places on the rock to sit and set up a picnic

MAGICAL PLACE! What a beautiful place, I highly recommend to visit this place. I swam on the first week of June, 2023. The water was cold, but it's a different type of cold. I'm not sure if you get distracted with the amazing scenery of the colors and the cave or if it's the good energy, but I can certified that swimming is very rejuvenating. I'm from Venezuela, Caribbean ocean... Just in case, you believe I came from the Polo North and this is warm to me! I put all my belongings on the top of a rock very close to the water (down in the cave). It looks safe and secure, but always be aware and bring only the basic. If your idea is jumping, a lot of people were doing this, check the bottom before doing this, there are a lot of rocks not too deep. This is free, no tickets. Just the parking outside. Pick up your trash and keep it clean!! ;)

Beautiful place. We took stuff for swimming with us, but finally we didn't use it. According to me it is quiet dangerous and I'm not sure it does worth it 😅 but a few people was brave and jumped there. We just walked around and took some unique pictures. 👌

the place is beautiful if you arrive early to not have many people. but it is not allowed to enter the water, we jumped at 9:30 and the inspector arrived and asked us to leave. so it's worth visiting early and going to another beach afterwards.

Beautiful location with stunning views however we went late afternoon and there was quite a few people. Have to pay 3 EUR entry fee, and swimming is not permitted however many people were still jumping into the water. Recommend going early in the morning when not as many tourist around, however I don’t think it is a must see when in the Otranto area.

A Mediterranean treasure,i only hope that people specially the tourists will stop littering and be sensible and protect the beauty of this place.A mix of nature and mankind's wonder. Entrance 3€ adult 2€ under 14 years old and above 65 y/o. Nearby parking lot 1,80€/hour.

Fun experience, sign that say no swimming, but treated like speed limit signs as a mere suggestion, and many people were swimming in the cave. Water cool but not cold. Three euro entry fee, includes the Cave and walking distance archeolgic dig from bronze age.

Beautiful spot, the natural pool is astonishing… yet it is very crowded in hhr summertime. An entry fee must be paid to reach it (3€ per person).

Beautiful spot in Puglia with open caves filled with crystalline water! You need to pay a small fee to enter the protected area.

👍👍 Besides this spot’s beauty, I believe I found someone’s wedding ring in the waters here today. I figured that this might be the best way to reach the person it belongs to.
