I needed rest. With a checkout time of 12pm the following day, that did not happen. An in-room automated "get em' up and out" robo call with loud music happened at 7:30am. This a practice cheap motels use. I expect better from Marriott. Also, a 9am cutoff for breakfast after arriving late in the night is self-serving, to save an hours kitchen salary? A 10am or 11am morning breakfast cutoff is not unreasonable with a 12pm checkout as other Marriott properties offer. While holding a reservation with a credit card is now standard practice, tell the potential guest that it is also the only option of payment accepted! Cash payment, not accepted. This fact should be clear BEFORE the reservation is made online and BEFORE the guest arrives late at night after a long drive. The only option, find another motel room in town if possible, exhausted, late at night and be gouged with last minute pricing? Not nice. There is nothing on the Marriott website stating that cash is no good for TownPlace Suites by Marriott or anywhere else online for that matter. For others, a credit card payment mandatory as a surprise requirement when checking out in the morning, again... not hospitable. It is simply self-serving and shows a lack of common courtesy through manipulative behavior. Be transparent and considerate TownPlace Suites by Marriott. Traveler, beware. It was a shame because the 2nd room offered was clean and the staff professional. The 1st room, do not book a standard king, you will be huffing the hot dry heat or air conditioning three feet away from your head on the bed. Also, the freeway traffic is loud.

We ended up staying here on our cross country drive after a mix up with our reservation at another nearby Marriott. These two locations worked together to make sure our original reservation price was matched and they found us a LOVELY two bedroom suite last minute. My husband and I joked that we could live there. It was very well maintained and quiet. I felt very safe here with my family. There’s a lot of long term residents that stay there. The laundry facility was great and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! A huge reason we loved staying here on top of everything else is that they are pet friendly.

Absolutely do not book here!! When we arrived to this hotel even though we had a reservation they did not have a room for us They did not find us another room which is Marriott policy. We are Gold Elite Marriott members and travel frequently. We have never had this happen before and were shocked at how rude the front desk was. To add to this issue they charged us for the first night deposit. This was over a month ago and after contacting the management over 4 times via telephone and email, we still do not have our refund. Stay far away from this property.

Checking in/out had no issues, friendly employees with smiles. Hotel room... smells muggy or moldy, old carpet, thin walls (hear the people nextdoor). There's about a 1 inch gap under the front door, light shines in & u can hear other guest walk by. I stayed afew days & each day I had sinus issues & coughing. I checked out, stayed in a different Hotel that was less muggy w/ fresh air flowing & my sinus cleared up.

What a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff was polite. Finding it in the dark was a little difficult as there didn’t seem to be much signage. Breakfast was just right, but no fruit available when we were there. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Hreat I place, comfy beds, and awesome hospitality! The entrance is the only thing that didn't mesh well. It is located behind the Dickey's BBQ so it's hard to see.

Desk help was excellent and very friendly, I believe his name was Larian? He answered all my questions and was willing to give 100% customer service. The room is excellent, more than I need actually.... I gave overall 4 stars because pool and hot tub aren't available. Will try breakfast tomorrow.....

Travelling across country wirh our baby and needed to give him space to move around. This place was perfect. Very convenient to the I40. Great studio style rooms with small kitchens (minus the oven, but everything you need to make food) and full size refrigerator. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Got in a good workout and the breakfast is awesome. It's not even the same each day. We stayed 2 nights and slept great both nights. I worked from here and the internet is great and I used the lobby area for my meetings so that the baby could be loud. 5 stars for everything!

I've stayed here plenty of times. It's always been good except for my recent stay. I found a pill under the table, a hot Cheeto piece and other trash under the bed. This means that housekeeping doesn't bother vaccuming. Their hot tub has also been out of commission for over a month.

The facility was absolutely amazing. The luggage carts made our stay even more pleasant. Elevators and stairs are available. And is ADA accesable, with a covered awning right up front. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Now for the 1 star. There is a set of train tracks right across the street. And the trains are very long, and very loud! I'm not normally sensitive to loud noise. But it was a bit much even for me.

Sitting eating breakfast, not a bad selection, eating area clean. All the issues are in the pictures. Not sure if it's the actual employees or lack of leadership or maybe training.

The service was amazing! The gentleman (Jason) at the front desk went above and beyond to be accommodating. It was amazingly clean and the breakfast staff continuously was wiping tables and bring fresh food out. It was a great place to stay!
