Cashier Mary was a total nightmare. She was completely rude and made me rethink the existence of in n out burger. I simply asked her “do I pickup the milk here when my order is ready” and she replies snarlingly “where else would you pick it up?” She is a total biotch and needs to be help accountable. And young gentleman apologized on her behalf which was amazing. Tall fellow with brown hair. This was August 20th @ 3:51. Mary definitely needs to be held responsible. No establishment should allow an employee to treat customers that way when all the ask is a simple question.

This place never lets me down! from the animal style burgers to the always delicious cheese fries this place always delivers the goods! One of the best burgers in California!!

Food Made me physically sick. Never ever go to this location when they first open. I arrived around 10:45am. Ordered 1 double double no onions and 1 double double with just the spread. And 2 fries. I bit into the first double double and noticed the Patties tasted dry and old, the lettuce was gross and wilted. I got diarrhea within a half hour and 4 hours later I’m still on the toilet. The chocolate shake was runny and not thick and creamy. Never go to this location, it's garbage. I want my $18 back! ONE MORE COMPLAINT-THE DRIVE THRU CASHIERS ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO ADD ADDITIONAL FOOD TO THEIR ORDER, THIS CAUSES THE DRIVE THRU LINE TO GET CLOGGED UP AND CAUSES LONGER WAIT TIMES. CASHIER SHOULD MAKE THOSE CUSTOMERS PARK AND HAVE THE FOOD BROUGHT TO THEM

So the drive through for almost any In-N-Out Burger is always busy (but please note that the line does move quickly). We decided to go in and eat this time and it wasn't any different - busy but quick. The workers are always so friendly and it just really puts a smile on you face. This is definitely the one fast food restaurant that me and my family can always agree on. Love a double double with an ice cold pink lemonade :) don't forget the fries!!

The burgers are always Great and Delicious. The girl that helped us with our order was very polite and courteous. She was happy that she had a great job.

Love this burger chain. They are always clean and helpful, and busy. We eat inside most of the time but if I really had to the take out always gets my order right and plenty of napkins.

Always great. Even when they are slammed, food and service are great. The reason I gave 4 of 5🌟 for atmosphere, is not actually their fault. Sometimes, they are so busy there is 🚫 nowhere to sit.🪑 So now, I just order it to go, with the hope that a table will open up. 😁

I've had fairly good experiences here. I do appreciate they're usually open pretty late. I normally use their drive through but since its been cold I guess they had to use the intercom at times. Well, I had to order through that last night and they messed my order up, missing a 4x4, and the person taking my order read through what I ordered but read it really fast. Fixed the order at the register and had it added back on. I didn't get the 4x4 when I left the drive through though, sorta my bad I didn't check but I'm the type that doesn't like holding up a line more than I should and I hadn't had any bad experiences like missing food or bad service from in n out in general or this specific location. Just sucks that I still paid but missed out on the burger.

Always great service, always clean, drive-thru a little slow as always, not because of service but because it's always super busy at an In-N-Out. The only reason I only give 4 stars is because their fries are awful, always have been, probably the worst fast food fries you can get, although 5-guys gives them a run for their money for worst fries. That being said, In-N-Out fries are actually better left over. Just bake them in the oven for a few minutes and they are 10x better than when fresh.

The in and out and then again in burger is always a good place to eat. Why ? A few simple reasons: 1. Cleanliness 2. Service 3. Time 4. Freshness 5. Price 6. Simplicity Every In-&-out burger place is always clean, clean restrooms, clean servers. There customer service is very pleasing, and they are quick to prepare your order and all of it with freshest produce possible. Their prices are very competitive. Plus they don't have three hundred items on the menu. Just basic five or six items. There is no chance that you can say that their burger was not tasty. And they have strict standards. Their employees are always appear happy. Much better than all the others.

It was very busy inside and the speed of service was like no other. I was #4 when I ordered and the service was calling out #84. I received my food quicker than I thought. Way to go In-n-Out team members for such an outstanding job of getting the food out quick under such tremendous pressure. 👏 👏 👏

The place is always busy, but the employees are quick so they're prepping and dispatching orders as soon as they're ready, they're always helpful if you need extra items (napkins, yellow chili's, if Ketchup container is empty, etc). We prefer to go inside because the drive thru is always super packed.

Wonderful fast service. Great food. I have a need for no salt and they were able to accommodate it. Thank you for going above and beyond for your customers.

Food is always fresh. Line is always very long but the wait time is short considering that. No complaints.

In N Out was great as always. I think this one may be slightly smaller than most. Staff was friendly as always and there is no other FAST FOOD burger as good as In N Out, by a long shot. Not everyone likes the fries, but they have a unique fresh taste and you get a lot if you dine in.

Good ol in n out! Can’t go wrong ever dining here. The customer service was great and so was the food. Accommodated to my unique order with no hesitation. Come try if you’re in the area!

Every time I've visited this location, around a hundred, I've always gotten quality food at a good price. It's very popular so the wait may be a little while, but to me it's always worth it. The staff is always friendly, everywhere is clean and regularly maintained, the food is delicious. I've never had a negative experience here.

*Edit: I haven't been to In-N-Out in a while and decided to go inside to order, but I don't know what happened today. The wait was long (I only had one person in front of me); it was about 15 min. Part of my burger had animal style stuff on it, so I'm guessing they had it next to an animal style burger? The worst part was that some of my fries were raw 🤮 That's never happened before. The side entrance is awkward because people are trying to come in and out (no pun intended), but also go through the drive thru (which you have to come in on the opposite side that Google tells you).

As always, In-N-Out is there when you need a quick, delicious burger. Out west on vacation, got bogged down and needed a solution to feed five adults acting not so adult like with the ever-loved question, 'what do want to eat'? And everyone is turning off their stoves. Wife says, "well there's an In-N-Out not far from here", and voila, problem solved. Order knocked out rather quickly considering that the line extended out of the parking lot and around the corner on the street. Smooth sailing at this location. What more could you ask for?

Easy in and out, simply menu at very reasonable prices. Freshness you can taste. Clean facilities, indoor and outdoor dining.

Never anything bad to say about this place. For the amount of people that go here they are extremely fast! Keep up the great service!

For all the times I’ve come here there may be a long line, but good things are worth the wait. With that said, expect a long line but it goes by fast they are pretty quick here. It’s a popular place to go get a quick burger. Plus I love their shakes 😁

The staff here are great!! Every time I'm there they always smile, chat it up, and I am usually so pumped by the time I leave! I won't say names for Safety, but they are Royalty!

3 stars for the Arden Expressway location only, 5 for all the rest! I love In-N-Out Burgers! My very favorite! We ordered 2 Double Doubles, 1 with fresh onions and 1 with grilled onions!! Pretty simple, right? Not for these people! I assumed it was simple and did not check! My bad! They gave us 2 Double Doubles No Onions! Go to Madison! They don't mess is simple stuff!

Wherever & whenever I go to In N Out Burger, it is always a long line to wait, but for sure it's worth the wait. I love this burger more than any other else! Satisfaction guaranteed!!
