Arrived
at
about
6:15pm.
Waited
20
minutes
at
the
front
desk
before
someone
came
to
check
me
in.
Was
sent
to
three
different
rooms.
With
the
first
two,
the
doors
were
were
wide
open
and
neither
room
was
cleaned.
The
third
room
was
vacant
but
in
horrible
condition.
Dead
cockroaches
on
the
floor,
a
bad
patch
job
on
the
wall,
a
hole
in
the
headboard,
and
cigarette
burns
in
the
bedspread.
I
requested
a
refund
and
left.
Since
I
booked
through
Hotwire,
I
called
customer
service
that
night
to
finish
processing
my
refund.
The
customer
service
representative
tried
to
call
the
hotel
to
confirm
the
cancellation
several
times
but
no
one
would
pick
up
the
phone.
It
took
two
days
to
get
my
refund
squared
away.
I
consider
myself
a
"no
frills"
kind
of
traveler.
I
don't
need
fancy
accommodations.
But
my
entire
experience
with
this
hotel
was
absolutely
awful,
unlike
anything
I've
experienced
before.
