Absolutely one of the best, most effective spa treatments I’ve ever had. I was with Sarah for a bamboo massage and Hopi ear candling. I’ve never had either of these treatments before, and I’m amazed at the results. I’m very relaxed, loosened up, with clear ears and sinuses. I typically do deep tissue massages, and the efficacy of the bamboo was similar - if not better - without feeling invasive. The Hopi ear candling was a surprisingly wonderful experience. I say “surprisingly” because the idea of someone sticking a candle in my ear and lighting it sounds a bit crazy, but it worked SO well for cleaning out my ears and emptying my sinuses. Do not skip the ear candling! My only regret about this experience is that I don’t live down the road and can’t receive these services on a regular basis. Thank you, Sarah!

Just out from receiving a treatment with Siobhan. To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement- I was totally relaxed and comfortable. The room was lovely, just the right temperature and light with lovely soothing music in the background. Siobhan gave me 110% attention and was excellent at her job. I availed of the Jannuary offer for back shoulder neck massage with a mini facial. Emma gave me a fantastic massage and managed to unlock my neck and shoulders from month of accumulated tension. She is very intuitive and has a lot of empathy for her clients. I can also tell you there was nothing mini about that fantastic facial. I haven't felt this sense of well being in a long time. Thank you. I will be back.

I got the hopi ear candling and it was very relaxing and therapeutic. Lovely staff and facility. I woulf recommend this treatment for anyone feeling congested as i feel so much better and will be doing this again.
