Amazing fresh pasta made with quality ingredients. So satisfying and comforting. Plenty options including meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan. It's impossible not to be able to find something you'll love. The portions are generous. My personal favourite is definitely their ravioli. There are also many delicious starters to get you into the Italian mood (I love their focaccia, olives and mozarella) Inside the restaurant is cozy and inviting especially on a dark autumnal day! Owners are lovely and very hardworking. It's a must visit spot on the Galway foodie map. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely delicious pasta for a fair price! The pasta is freshly made and served in different surprising ways. Also for vegetarians and vegan people a lot of choice. Highly recommended.

It is a nice place to eat amazing pasta. You can choose the kind of pasta and the rest of the ingredients. The place is small but it is comfortable to enjoy amazing pasta.

Cute little place, very homely. It was recommended by locals so I wanted to check it out. You get a nice warm welcome and you feel like you're in a friend's dining room. I ordered the bruschetta and fettuccine with mussels, both very tasty.

A MUST GO if you're in Galway. Stunning dishes at an affordable price and served in eco-friendly plates/package. The small restaurant is also a perfect place for eating in. I'd highly recommend the truffle pasta (photo).

Please if you close for summer vacation. Please update your hours on google. Dont waste people time walking to your shop, in the rain, only to find it closed. (Happened in September)

An all around wonderful dining experience. So many combinations you can choose from and numerous dietary restrictions accommodated. Service and quality exceeded all expectations.

honestly I love this restaurant.. pasta is my comfort food.. the pasta is handmade and fresh 💯 whenever I'm not feeling my best I order from this restaurant which always makes me feel alot better.. alot of other restaurants in Galway will give you the greesy sickness feeling after eating their food.. but the pasta factory is completely different.. I feel very happy whenever I eat my pasta dishes and after I feel healthy and good about myself.... thanks again for the wonderful nutrition meal I'll be definitely coming back for sure

Had this recommended by local friends and they took us here for our first night's meal. I had the pasta of the day which was a pork loin ragu spaghetti. The food was delicious, arrived very quickly after ordering and left a table of empty plates. My only criticism would be the lack of the "normal" fizzy drink choices but there didn't seem to much space left to shoehorn them in anyway. Note: I didn't use the guest rooms but seeing as I had to rate them, I've given 5 stars as I can't say they weren't good.

Nice friendly service. The marsala pasta that I chose to have was delicious! You have the option to choose the pasta shape and type and also the sauce...which is interesting!

Absolutely delightful meal, if you’re not stopping in on your trip here, a fatal mistake for sure. We had the bruschetta and two different pastas & dishes… everything was amazing. Must eat here. Sorry I only captured one picture, ate it too quickly. Cheers!

AVOID THIS PLACE. After trying to extort more money out of me for a room due to “room rules” that aren’t listed on the property’s policies, she cancelled the booking just a day before my arrival. An egotistical and unreasonable owner who needs a lesson in customer service.

Went here for pasta for lunch it was absolutely gorgeous. You can choose your type of pasta and sauce. They have vegan options. Bruschetta was lovely too.

Really disappointed, as a Galway local and vegan for most my life I was very excited to try this place. Arrived and politely asked if I could get takeaway as there was a family taking a huge amount of time in front deciding, I and was left waiting with my young two sons. I asked politely if we could order to take away and she rudely responded that I had to wait for the family in front to order first. Why is it so difficult to get nice and friendly service. It just turns you away from places and instantly! No matter how nice the food is, it doesn’t excuse poor service. A Saturday afternoon in May, I want to have a nice, warm Galway feeling and instead I received a rude and unpleasant one. Such a shame, I hope Galway isn’t going on the direction of Dublin and other cities. I won’t be back sadly.

Stayed here while in Galway and it was perfect for us. Good location and easy to walk to everything. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Our host Magda was great! Will definitely stay here next time. I just wish we had time to try the delicious smelling food.

The pasta was unreal. I ordered ravioli with truffle oil, and it was delicious. The only downside was the customer service; it was not very friendly, but the food was worth it 😍

Literally the best food I've ever eaten in my entire life ! I'm absolutely obsessed with the pesto and prawns pasta with parmesan and basil. Would highly highly recommend, lovely decor and excellent atmosphere :)

So good but portion size was a tad smaller than I was expecting! I didn’t think I’d like the coleslaw salad but wow it was absolutely delicious- really well prepared and flavours were incredible.

Love going here for dinner. Always excellent food at good value and a friendly service. Choose any of their homemade pasta and they will use it in your dish. They also have a selection of bread available as a starter or side which again are homemade.

Some of the best pasta I’ve had. Very authentic with so many different and super tasty options. I would travel back to Ireland just for this restaurant.

Despite only being open for takeaway the Pasta Factory delivers exceptionaly delicious Italian food. With a menu that allows you to choose specifically the pasta and what it's served with, a customer has a huge variety of choices, and the taste is amazing, reminds me of what my parents would make at home.

I got the rigatoni vegan bolognese. I was delicious. Food was ready very fast, no more than 5 minutes wait. Only takeaway, no outdoor seating.

Food was ready quickly for delivery Had a squid pasta(not the exact name), and truffle spaghetti. Both were tasty and the portions were large.

Stayed in the guest rooms here during the bank holiday. The room was cute but be prepared for some noise at the weekend(ear plugs are provided) . The location is amazing though. The bottle of prosecco and nice coffee was a great touch. The owner is also a gent. Thanks guys

I have being there one long time ago. I tried going there a few times and it’s some times open I don’t know the days they open but many times I pass by they close. But apart of that the food is lovely and tasty very friendly staff. Thank you.

Stayed in room 2 for Black Eyed Peas gig, excellent service in booking and getting access, Magda was really efficient. The room was perfect, extremely well appointed and very clean, the bed cloths, towels, tea, coffee, smart tv, entrance well all perfect. It’s a super location near everything. Would no stay anywhere else should I every be in Galway again.

Very very very cute interior, I had the prawns, creamy basil and garlic pasta with the homemade ravioli and it was really tasty, I was sorry my plate was empty. Also got served really fast, and was very clean. Only - is that the biodegradable plates degrade a little too fast (while you're still eating)

Stumbled upon this restaurant when looking for a quick lunch. Absolutely delicious fresh pasta with a variety of options for sauces. I had the special which was mushroom ravioli, it was very tasty. Prices are reasonable for the quality, 10.50 for a large plate of the daily special. The restaurant itself is small but cosy and the staff are lovely. Their plates are compostible and edible which is an interesting touch.

Went just for food. Got the vegan mac and cheese - it was absolutely delicious. Service was from the counter, but friendly and food came out very quickly. Location is central. So many vegan options - loved it!

One of the best pastas + wine my wife and I had in a while. It's a fair price for a very high-quality product! I recommend it :)

The fresh pasta is amazing and they always come up with delicious sauces and condiments. I've been having lunch there many times over the past few years and I've never been disappointed! I rate The Pasta Factory 11 out of 10!

We’re visiting Galway from the USA for the day and came across this establishment. This is not a chain, this is authentic and fresh, totally handmade food. Aside from the ambiance and service, the food is delectable. I’m saying it now and loud: THE TRUFFLE SAUCE IS BEYOND AMAZING. I have never, of all the restaurants I’ve been to in the USA, had a ravioli with this sauce. Upon first taste, the umami and combination of spices stands out. I have never felt my taste receptors light up that way with a sauce. I don’t know what else to say to this but just try it if you try anything. The other plates of food we had were great as well but the star was the truffle sauce ravioli. Magda and Tom, thank you for your warm service and food. If we come back to Galway, this will be on our list.
