Papa Rich next to the Aquarium is very good restaurant with nice views to the Galway Bay. It's children friendly and the girls loved it.

Beautiful view with balcony. Thanks for offering vegan menu! Vietnamese rolls were tasty and the modified Pad Thai vegan good. They also offer vegan udon. Very pretty space, someone is a painter or gifted artist with color, use of blues and greens, white leather, light floors, quality 3d box- framed prints from Japan featuring Tori gates (symbol of passage to death) roped off or with celebratory bunting: thoughtful philosophy well designed. Buddha heads, Terrace one of the best locations! Tori gate, See you when it’s bunting!

I left a beautiful Christmas jumper behind me on 14th December. Despite several attempts to get it back I was unable to recover it. It must have been thrown out or else taken by another diner or a staff member as it could not have disappeared into thin air and I realised I left it behind me within half an hour of leaving the restaurant! That ruined my experience of the restaurant.

Staff are so lovely and the food is always delicious. I've eaten here with larger groups as well as a table for two and have been well looked after every time. The food is fresh and soo tasty. Great value for money, and to top it off the restaurant overlooks the ocean. What more could you want.

My party and I had ordered from another restaurant and the order did not go thru . So we chose Papa Rich’s and I am so glad it worked out we got our food from this place . They were quick to get us our food . The food is some of the best Thai food I have ever had . We all enjoyed our meals very much . I highly recommend this buisness. Our orders were Sweet and sour Chicken , Red curry prawns , Grand pa’s bbq ribs , Tom gai soup . Rice and chips . All of it was bombdiggity! Thank you .

It has been three years since I left Ireland, And three years have been from the last time I'd eaten here. I have traced the path here across Galway, Muscle and gut memory knew what to say: "Thai Sweet & Sour Prawns with Fried Noodles". As I contemplated the half empty plate I realised that the last reminiscing desire Evanesced with deep breaths of satisfaction. The Wild Atlantic Way, decorating the landscape as many a times before, Washed away the sweet and sour memories of a city, Bringing a moment of realisation: "There is nothing left for me here" Knowing damn well that it'd be the last time I would come for a visit. The circle is finally complete: For my people are gone, my gut is full, It Iearned to cook, For where I go, This food is not as good. I have not taken a picture of the dish, It is my own personal memory, But I invite you to book for the evening, To add this wonder to your journey

Had family meal there tonight. 2 out of the 3 were gorgeous 3rd meal was not what we asked for but was ok although daughter didnt touch it. Other than that it was fab. Lovely staff. Good value. Gorgeous sea views

The foods taste really nice but we tried to order online both from the app and from the website but the system didn’t seem to work. It also showed that 10% promotion would be applied but it didn’t seem like we could add that. After trying to ‘save our time’ and ‘order online’, ended up going to the restaurant to order and asked the staff about the 10% and she said it’s either us ordered on our phones now or no promotion. Most restaurants would offer 10% on the spot but she clarified that that it’s not the restaurant that offered that. Decided just to get on with it and went home with foods then one of the dishes ordered is missing. Rang back to the restaurant, seemed confused and needed to ask to the first staff we were busy with the online order otherwise wouldn’t have gotten the refund… need to went back to the restaurant to get it and also no other remedies offered. Could be another experience dining in but take away was not as smooth and could be improved.

Eat from here all the time, lovely and feels healthy and is super tasty. Staff are lovely too. My favourite Asian restaurants in Galway and good prices.

This is my favorite place in Galway. The best Phad Thai I’ve ever tasted, being a person grown up in China and travelled to Thailand, this is not an easy comment. I just like the way the Phad Thai is done here, having the Wok Hei, it’s perfectly seasoned and stir fried, can’t have done that without high temperature.And it was served very fast, from oder to deliver was always within 10 mins, from my several experiences. I will miss this place so much, please extend your restaurant to Dublin! We need this! Even with price rise, it will be top price to value ratio!

Let me just start by saying the food is exquisite, the chicken wings are the best I've ever had, the modern design mixed with the view of Galway bay and incredible food is something truly unique and special to Galway, this place is very easily the best restaurant in Galway

This place was super cute. We had dinner here while passing through Galway for a night (during our Ireland road trip). Lots of locals seemed to be here on dates. Which was really cute and adorable. The food was pretty good. Beautiful view of the water. We chatted up the manager and she was quite friendly and talkative. Nice experience. 👍

Beautiful view of Galway Bay from the restaurant. Don't let the entrance to the stairs stop you from climbing to see these views and taste the food on offer. Well worth the climb.

Dismal service, staff eating with their fingers in the bar area. Food not good, huge chunks of vegetables and stringy chicken swimming in too much sauce. Service was dreadful, staff didn’t understand the menu.I have reached out by email several times and had no response. Avoid. Their other branch near the cathedral was a completely different experience. In response to your request I clicked on your email address below, however the email was returned marked ‘address does not exist’?!

The food is not the same standard as woodquay,and we get turned away continually the lady at the front won't let people in an hour before closing, in that case they should change their opening hours instead of sending regular customers to Lana.

I love this place. It manages to provide good quality usually very tasty food at very competitive prices. The ribs are really tasty. Some of the mains are gorgeous while others don't do it for me. And they serve 0% erdinger, which is a nice touch. Staff are decent and generally helpful. Décor is lovely. Views onto Galway Bay are great.

This is definitely the frozen prawns from Lidl. Absolutely unacceptable.

["We booked a table for 6 people for 7.30pm for a birthday dinner. We arrived on time and got seated at our table which was already prepared for us with menus, cutlery and water jugs.\nIt took 25 mins for the waitresses to come and take our order where we ordered starters and mains. We waited almost 1 hour and still no starters had arrived and we had tried multiple times to get the attention of staff for an update on our food but we where ignored and staff walked away. One of the members of our table was given her starter and waited for the rest of the group to get their food before eating, after 10 mins a male staff member approached us took the starter away again and said its not ready and left the table without giving us time to ask any question. We then seen him enter kitchen with this plate and leave again to give it to another customer. after some time again we where approached with x1 main dish where we then explained we had not yet gotten our starters the waitress walked off without explanation taking the main away again. about 10 mins later we got x4 of the starters and when I had to approach the desk after considerable time again waiting on the 5th I was told the soup I ordered they do not have on the menu. it was on the menu and the lady took the order for it along with the other starters. we then said the rest of our party had finnished their starters now and just to cancel the soup and bring the mains. she then followed with soup which was not the soup ordered followed by a side of chips which was supposed to come for the table with our mains which we did not get for a following 20 mins. at this point it was 9.15pm we had 3 children who where over hungry and felt sick and could not eat the food, most of which was not how we ordered it either. overall we had a horrible evening here left 2 hours after our booked time hungry with 3 very unhappy children. The reason we where given from staff was we are busy and the lady took the price of x5 cans of coke from our bill for food most of which we did not eat.",null,[0,181]]
