Stayed for two nights during my time in Galway. Location is excellent, and you're close to all the action around Eyre Square. Parking can be a bit troublesome and you're trying to check in/out, but once you're in there is underground parking. My only issue was the beds were not comfortable, almost seemed broken. But the extra space in the apartment is nice to have.

A nightmare to check in. Poor directions given. Traffic++ . You need to collect keys from Citypoint Hotel up the road then head for T.k.maxx carpark. You don't need the hassle after driving all day. Stressful location.

Check in at Western Hotel. Pull around back as parking in front not convenient. Apartment itself was clean and walkable. Parking easy once have key fob. Had a few questions so tried calling reception but no one picked up after several attempts. Thankfully found cleaning attendant who didn't speak much English but was able to convey what we needed.

Excellent location, close to pubs and shopping budget friendly, easy parking. Tolerably clean, beds were so-so. Full kitchen.

Would have given it 5 stars if not for how confusing the set up is if you are driving. If you have a car, you need to make sure you have it parked on the street or elsewhere in order to go to the Western Hotel to check in. Whatever you do, don't drive into the Western Hotel's carpark. Aside from the above, the apartment was very good value for money. The location is excellent and the views stunning. The place was clean and comfortable. There were a few cosmetic issues with the apartment and I would imagine they could get quite noisy if you have someone next to you who was there to party.

My stay at Citypoint Holiday Apartments was truly exceptional. From the stylish and comfortable accommodation to the outstanding customer service, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return in the future.

You can't beat the location, in my opinion. Very close to everything yet quiet enough to get some rest if you want. The flat is very nice with ample balcony space both private and shared. The only reason that the apartment got 4 stars and not 5 is that it is decorated in a rather Spartan manner. I bit of thought and effort into the decor would go a long way. Having said that, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Very dirty and outdated apartment, the kitchen is not fully equiped as advised, cutlery, kettle and toaster all very dirty and old, the couch from the living room old and very uncomfortable, the heating in the bedrooms didnt work in the first night, the noise lebel 9 out of 10. The only good thing was that was a big apartament, plenty of space. I would not recomand.

While it's a clean spot. Didnt know a deposit was required on check in. Shower doors need a deep clean from soap scum. Heating was non existant as 3 of the rads were air locked. After I bled them. Had to refill the boiler. Great heat after that.

View was great from apartments. Apartment itself was nice and comfortable. Extra towels and toilet paper would have been good though. Stayed 3 nights. Overall happy with the stay.

Haven't stayed here yeat staying Friday to Sunday but already myself and my husband had phone calls from the staff very pleasant to talk and deal with as they rang to ask us would we like to make reservations 4 the weekend and would we like anything on arrival myself and my husband thought that was lovely for them to ring and ask if needed anything as it's my birthday on the Friday we arrive apartments in pictures look absolutely gorgeous I cany wait to get there to see myself how it is thnx again citypoint western hotel apartment thnx to the lady who rang u were great help on the phone to my HUSBAND thnx again cant wait to get there Friday thnx from Patrick kim o keeffe

Got free upgrade with the western hotel, fantastic apartments right off eyre square, underground car park, amazing view we had from our apartment. Spacious and airy.. loved it

I booked a 2 bed bed appartment when got there i was up graded to a 3 bed roof top on the top floor, the appartment its self was very hight standard and lovely and clean bar heating would'nt come on in the evening the view of the christmas markets threw our windows were fab the only down fall was when went to collect my deposit back nxt day said 4 cans of beer where gone when wernt even in frigde in first place so got charged for those and when went to bring back keys nxt day to appartment decided to have breakfast there while keys and money back where being sorted but man asked upfront before we even got to sit dwn that we had to pay for food uprfont and it was 14 euro ahead wheather it was an adult or child which i didnt think was fair man at reception desk when giving back keys was very ignorant
