To be clear: I stayed here, I did not dine here. They have rooms available above the cafe. Cannot speak to the food/beverage aspect of the place, but the room was comfy and clean. Self check-in, so no in-person interaction, but.overall, everything went smoothly.

Got a double room with ensuite (room 3) for my husband and I for three nights - word to the wise, if you value sleep do not stay here. There is an external bathroom for room 2 (which sleeps 3 guests), it's right outside the double room and the door squeaks incredibly loudly so every time someone uses it, you'll hear it. Not fun being woken up at 1am and again at 6am everyday by multiple guests in and out of the bathroom. The doors to the rooms are heavy and bang loudly, you'll hear all the other guests at all hours of the night coming and going. It's not a space fit for guest accommodation. The road outside is very busy and noisy, it's not a quiet area. The kettle they provided looked like it had urine marks down the side, totally manky. The white sheets had dirty stains on, if you have white sheets at least give them a bleach once in a while. Towels smelt like old popcorn oil. Shower mat looked like it was taken out of the rubbish bin. We were only provided with one roll of cheap toilet paper so we had to purchase our own which felt like a kick in the teeth after paying hundreds of euros. The price you pay is extortionate for what you get. They could at least offer a complementary coffee in the downstairs cafe for that price. We didn't even bother going to the cafe after being so disappointed with our experience. Total rip off, you'd be better off staying in a hostel. Only redeeming factors are a short walk to the center, a decent bathroom and a large, reasonably comfy bed.

Great place to have breakfast, the staff was very nice and recommend if you are in the area. We also stayed there 1 night which was great, had our own private bathroom. Room was not the biggest but worked out for 1 night and price is reasonable.

We went for a coffee and lunch. Very comfortable and cozy space with special coffee and sandwiches. The staff is very attentive and kind. Great place for breakfast or lunch. I recommend it.

We got a room for three, with a double bed and bunkbed over the top. The bunkbed part just isn’t safe, it’s not attached to the bed or floor, the ladder isn’t attached and you can’t climb it because it’s so close to the wall. There is not rail across the bed and it’s incredibly unstable shaking every time you move. The room is run down, beds uncomfortable and too small for 3 people.

A bit outside of Galway City Centre but still close enough. The rooms are small but cozy. The only issue was that we couldn't close our bathroom window and the toilet was leaking. Would definitely stay here again!

I was not happy. The room was tiny. No TV. No tea-making facilities. No window. At €130 for the night (no breakfast) it was the worst value ever! Won't be back!

Loved the food. We had the blueberry lemon cake and the carrot cake. It was really nice. Not overly sweet and the blueberry reminded me of a blueberry muffin. We also ordered a seasonal honeycomb latte which was lovely. The coffee was fragrant and not drowned out by the honey. Environment wise the staff were super cheerful. It was a nice change from Dublin. Very rare to see such enthusiasm. The interior was cozy and kept clean.

The location is too far from town, the room is stink and smell like urine, especially the hall way. There was a centipede crawling on the floor "greeting" us. We delivered our concern right on the day to the Owner upon checking in but to no avail. It was indeed disappointing as we have to stay 3 nights sleeping in a smelly room.

We were put in a room which had a double bed and a bunk bed over it. The ladder up to it was unsafe and the bunk beds were rocking and rickety..too unsafe to sleep in, they could fall as they had no support to hold them up. The place was clean but so tiny. Three of us ended up in one double bed Don't go there !

Staff seem to have no idea how to work in a cafe. Food is overpriced

This is the best café I have ever been to. Basically lived there during my semester abroad. The staff is incredibly friendly and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Besides that of course the coffee is great and I especially loved the food as well - does not matter if it is breakfast, lunch or just a sweet snack. The only bad thing to mention: there is no mocha beans in austria and I really miss it!

This is a review of the coffee not accomadation. Firstly when I pay €3.5 12oz for an Americano I expect a little care to be taken and for the coffee itself to be somthing resemebling high quality. I can honeslty say it was one of the worst coffees I've had from a coffee shop. Over extracted cheap coffee, genuinely have had better coffee from fully automatic mahcines in petrol stations. It's a shame, the building is lovely, they even have a coffee roaster in the building. As far as I can see any attention to quality was missing. Service was fine but this shops focus is not on delivering a premium product, just charging a premium.

This Little restaurant has some letting rooms. I was attending the Hospital in galway and was there for 10hrs. The A& E dept was crazy. Accommodation in galway was at a premium and nothing near was available. My daughter looked on line and managed to get myself and my husband a double room. They gave a code for the main door and the bedroom. It was a spotless room with a lovely double shower with complimentary toiletries. A very comfy bed. The only down side was road noise as it was front of house. All in all a very reasonable and comfortable stay. Would return and recommend.

I really enjoy going into this mocha beans. The staff are really helpful, always smiling and I even experienced a Karen trying to get the staff into trouble but the manager turned it around. Smiling, she was asked to leave to chat away from customers and when Karen left the store she was politely asked to leave. It was impressive! The staff work really hard to get your order just right, give them the benefit of the doubt if they make a mistake. They usually correct the mistake and end up not charging you for the item that was wrong. Give retail and hospitality staff some slack people!!! Anyways, back to the point at hand. Mocha beans food and beverages are great. I love going there on Friday morning to watch and smell them roasting the coffee beans.

A very good coffee shop. I got the cookie hot chocolate. It’s a very nice drink. I would give it a good recommendation. It’s good to get a hot drink the odd time. Thank you Mocha beans
