Pretty much anything I could think of someone might need was already covered. Nice quiet lane location in Galway. If you are visiting the west coast of Ireland, this would be an excellent base of operations. The breakfast served was spot-on. Again, you couldn't find a better place to stay, and it is convenient to many attractions in the area.",null,[0,233]]

Sli Na Mara was the perfect place for our stay in Galway. The room was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating for our 18 month old child. The host, Bridie, was the best. She was so friendly and helpful and we felt like we were family by the time we left. Great variety of breakfast options and delicious!

So this place was pretty great. The hosts were very nice, and worked with us on our schedule after our car broke down on the way from Northern Ireland. We got in pretty late, and they were so nice to accommodate us! My husband had put a silly request on the booking to have a framed picture of Daniel Day Lewis in the room, and they actually did it! It made us laugh, and just showed how great they were. They gave us tips for the area and suggestions for dinner. They provide breakfast, and it was a delicious traditional Irish breakfast. Yum! The ONLY reason they didn't get all 5 stars from me was the lack of hot water. My husband had a "warm" shower, but I think tepid would be a better description, as I tried to take one after him. I thought maybe all the hot water had already been used, so I decided to wait for the morning. Unfortunately no hot water then, either, but I needed a shower so I powered through. I'm a glutton for a hot shower, so it was a huge bummer for me to not have an even decently warm shower. Other than that, this place was great. But the lack of hot water, for me, means I can't go back.

["We had the most pleasant stay with Bridie and George. Their home is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood only a 10 minute walk to the main hub of Galway. Plus the convenience of having parking, a lovely breakfast, and a super clean room made it one of our favorite places to stay on our trip.\n\nThe highlight of their home is Bridie and George who are both incredibly friendly and helpful. They emailed us right after we left that we had left our passport in their place and then went ABOVE AND BEYOND to overnight it to us in a completely different part of Ireland.\n\nCould not recommend Sli Na Mara more!!",null,[0,237]]

Very clean with very nice and helpful hosts. Very convenient and within walking distance to entertainment and shopping. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Galway.

We had booked this accommodation months in advance for the Galway 1/2 marathon and 10km race in October 2021. Now on the 27th of September only a few days before the race, they have cancelled our 2 nights accommodation. We had booked through Booking.com who additionally were use less. But a poor show for an accommodation provider, Sli Na Mara in Galway, for letting down their customers and cancelling the accommodation booked in advance at the very last minute. Booking.com informed us that Sli Na Mara were not willing to find us any alternative accommodation, even though they were the ones to cancel and let us down. Now we are trying to find accommodation and of course, 5 days before a busy event, the prices have rocketed. Very disappointing behaviour!

We stayed with Bridie and George for two nights and their place is lovely! Bridie was incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering us great advice on where to go for food and entertainment in Galway. Their home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is still within a 10-minute walk of the main street in Galway. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious! We would definitely go back and stay with Bridie and George again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Great hosts with well behaved kids. So much so you don't think the kids are there. Happy, Helpful and 4mins walk from town centre. Would without doubt stay here again.

Really recommended. My partner and I stayed there for 1 night. Wverything needed is there: hairdryer, towels, a tea and coffee welcome. Recommend if you stay more than 1 night to bring your own shampoo. They have soap hand. The breakfast is delicious, really full. My favorite is the waffles dont miss it. George put a lot of effort in the details and into make you feel comfortable, that is really great. We will certainly recommended if you want something cheaper than a hotel but with the same quality. Sandra.

Excellent, quiet B and B to stay at while exploring Galway, the Aran Islands, and the Cliffs of Moher. The hosts were wonderful and made our stay unforgettable.

😠 EXTREMELY loud.... I booked on a Wednesday night for 2 nights, and I cannot drown out the noise from the bar below; my television does not work to drown it out despite the attempts of the kind bar manager. Even with the window closed (very uncomfortable with the heat, although they brought a small r...

Once she showed us to our room she asked for cash payment, which we didn't have on us. She tried to keep the key to the room until we paid which meant...
