Went
here
on
a
Sunday
with
our
kids.
β¬5
each
for
both
adults.
There's
a
guided
tour
option
too,
but
we
wanted
to
wander
around
ourselves.
The
paths
are
not
ideal
for
a
buggy,
but
we
knew
that
beforehand.
It
is
a
beautiful
place,
with
countless
trees,
a
river
running
through
it,
and
lots
of
plants
and
flowers,
most
of
which
are
tagged
with
their
names.
The
walled
garden
has
some
wonderful
flowers
and
grapes
hanging
from
the
shaded
walkway.
Unfortunately,
there
are
still
areas
closed
off
as
work
is
ongoing
by
the
OPW,
but
we
will
definitely
return
when
fully
opened
up.
We
had
refreshments
from
the
little
cafe,
which
was
reasonably
priced.
There's
also
some
old
horse
traps
and
broughams
in
the
courtyard.
The
house
is
not
open
to
public.
There
is
a
car
park
a
little
way
from
the
entrance.
All
in
all,
a
lovely
way
to
spend
a
couple
of
hours
in
a
peaceful
environment,
though
we
weren't
lucky
enough
to
spot
any
wildlife.
