Sean has been fantastic. I've been with him for over 2 years now and progress has been excellent. His high level knowledge of sports recovery has really aided me getting back to doing what I love best.

Sean has been very helpful for me in recovery from a number of injuries. He is very good! He is extremely knowledgeable, based in anatomy and function movement for recovery.

Séan has helped me recover from a variety of injuries and has provided first class treatment, leading to quick recoveries each time. He is careful to assess each problem thoroughly before treating the cause of the injury. During treatment I’ve had for injuries from football and general training Séan always gets the most out of the muscles being worked on, but is also very attentive in case too much discomfort is being experienced. Séan emphasises the importance of doing the proper rehab after each treatment and assigns the most effective exercises in each case. Highly recommended.

Sean is excellent at getting your injury’s cleared up and setting you on the road to recovery.He’s very detailed in his approach and places high emphasises on you following your rehab programme in conjunction with your S&C coach.Highly recommend.
