I did a 50-mile round trip to drop my laptop in for minor adjustments. They said they would ring me when it was done. I had no phone call for several days so I rang them. They said it was ready to collect and told me that the small items had been rectified. I did another 50-mile round trip to collect my laptop. When I got home I fired it up and found the problems it had were still there. In my opinion they made no attempt to fix it because one error message was immediately displayed on the home screen (same error message was present when I dropped it off to them). I was so angry to have travelled all those miles for nothing. It was pointless making further contact with them as I had no intention of doing all those miles to return to the shop with my laptop. They clearly deserve a ZERO star rating!

This place scam me i got my pic repair and thay say that I’ll call when it done and it not being two weeks and noting happed and then my pc was going slow and I try reset it and my space I use to have 1t and I tap on my hard drive and it on 1gb
