Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, you will feel very welcome. Currently price per class €8 (very affordable), one hour training, many timetable to choose from, classes for only woman, kids or adults, you can book the class online, pay cash at the gym. Bring your gloves you will need it. If you're looking for a new type of workout, this is it. Its intense!!!

Had my first ever class this morning! Wasn't sure what to expect. Absolutely loved it though. The girls there welcomed me in. The trainer was great with instruction. Flew home and bought my own gloves. Can't wait til next week! 🙌

I started going to Waterford Muay Thai 6 months ago (at age 31) and all I can say is I wish I had started sooner! The trainers are all top notch and the atmosphere is quality. Best decision i ever made for my health and fitness.

Really nice and friendly environment to learn. Whether you want to start training to compete or if you want to just get in shape there are a variety of classes to suit your needs. The trainer's are also very nice and always willing to answer any questions you have about technique. A great environment to foster learning and growth.

Some of the greatest warriors in all of sweet Éire. I learnt more from my couple of years here than from several years at boxing, kickboxing, judo etc. The best sport. And the Liam is the best of all trainers, the venue is also perfect.
