Very bad experience. Their contact less method looked amazing at first, but couldn't get out, it wouldn't work. Their customer service was useless, she kept hanging up on me with no advice. The pay machine's help center didn't answer that call. I was stuck there with 2 upset little girls in the car. I paid the full day price, and I still couldn't get out! Had to ring the emergency phone number and they released me. Never again.

Couldn't get into the car park, when we finally got in we couldn't pay for the ticket and couldn't leave the car park. Rang all the help numbers, no luck. 5 other cars in the same situation. Useless customer service. Was stuck for 40 minutes before we got out. Would tell everyone to avoid this car park.

Avoid. Car broken into. No one to assist. Ranf mobile number listed at ground floor. No one answered. No one showed. For 4.50 an hour it's not acceptable. Gardai told me they have told Qpark to hire persons to man the ground floor. Since they no longer don't, thefts have increased. It's completely open and no way safe to leave your possessions in your car. Further details. I did contact qpark. Got no satisfaction. Refused to deal with Gardai. Cowboy operation with UK offices .

I wish certain car parks would stop the money grabbing practice of charging a fixed price of a full hour for 'part thereof'. The meters are computerized and payments are often card-only, so there's really no reason, other than sheer greed, not to charge for a fraction of an hour after the first one has passed.

Be careful! This place charges super high prices that aren’t advertised when you enter. It was extremely busy also and took awhile to find a space. My car wasn’t broken into, so that’s something. I noticed on other reviews that cars had their windows smashed. I would find street parking, since it’s is just as safe and much more cost efficient.

09/12/2019 I've just seen your response. Are you telling me that I was overcharged in error? Last night I paid €17.80 to park here for 3 hours and 11 minutes. It was like buying my car back. I frequently use Dublin City car parks, and this is the most I have ever had to pay. I will not be using this overpriced facility again.

Never using this car park again, EVER. got trapped in here for 20 minutes yesterday Jan 16th 2022, with about 5 other cars as ticket pay machines MALFUNCTIONING yet again. CHAOS. NO STAFF on site, staff in call centre trying to deal with it. This car park is OVER-PRICED as it is, but not even bothering to fix this FLAWED system you have is an insult to the PAYING public.

Thieves broke into our hire car whilst parked here. Shamefully low security. If 0 stars were an option I'd select that.

Prebooked online, entered 30 min late but overstayed by 11minutes and I was charged 4.40euro (for 11 minutes!) After paying 21euro already. I won't be parking here again

It's a very convenient carpark but the evening I used it the toll tag reader didn't work (correctly positioned on windscreen and works in other carparks) so I had to take a ticket and when I returned that night the ticket number wouldn't unlock the pedestrian door so I had to wait for a car to exit and walk up the ramp. Could have just been an unlucky experience. Also it's not actually on Dawson Street ;-P

Once again with closures of roads around Kildare Street, I have been unable to access the car park which I use for work parking. Not Q-Park's fault but frustrating nonetheless with no apparent notice.

A bit tight in terms of space and movement to get parked in, but cheap enough and a great location makes it worth it.

Very handy for Grafton Street, well kept and secure

€4.40 per/hour if I recall. It is very near Grafton st shops and National museum. Its spacious. Clean. I might use at €3 but €4.40 is too dear now. A 4 HOUR shopping trip to the city is nearly the price of a Taxi. So I use the bus now which may be what Q-park are aiming to do.

Very busy and tight parking space. Recommended for skilled drivers.

Really expensive parking but no staff visible. Driver in front of me was in a tizzy about his card not working, no room to reverse, no staff to help. Get the bus into town.

Nice wide parking, comparing to pocket size Jervis or Brown Thomas

Very handy for visit to the DΓ‘il. 4.50 euro an hour. Secure and central, but an expensive option.

Too posh for him, but maybe he is here as a form of torture... he is working class.

No prices advertised. 8.80e per hour. Drive through the barrier instead of paying. Response to owner: 1 minute more and you're charged for the next hour. Avoid.
