I encountered a very rude member of staff yesterday at the till, who taught my questions were only needed to be answered if I was purchasing the item I was asking about. I would have bought elsewhere if ii wasn't for I needed the items and it was too late to go to another store. Left thinking wow never again hope she doesn't speak to all customers like that!!! Can't wait for the new place around the corner to open they will be getting my business from now on.
