Gateway Shopping Park

Outlet mall

😠 Well the area itself is a bit 'Poncey'. With a lot of stuck up people, and if you ain't one of them. A shopping experience there is not very pleasant. I will try elsewhere, where people are more open and accepting, and where peoples conduct towards others does not depend on how well dressed you are,... People often mention parking, shops, shopping, stores, Harvey, Norman, selection, Dunnes, good, Great,

Very good selection of shops to do your shopping. Don't like the forced direction of driving through the car park.

Great gym, good food stores, Harvey Norman is handy but wouldn’t trust the staff as far as I could throw them.

Well the area itself is a bit 'Poncey'. With a lot of stuck up people, and if you ain't one of them. A shopping experience there is not very pleasant. I will try elsewhere, where people are more open and accepting, and where peoples conduct towards others does not depend on how well dressed you are, or what expensive car you drive. Not every well to do person needs to be flash about it. Some of us prefer to be low key.

As a trades person I use Harvy Norman, B&Q and Dunes a couple of times a week. I drive a large van and there are no van spaces available for loading. My coworker got clamped a few week back for taking up two parking spaces in a similar sized van. I was collecting items in Harvy Norman for a customer today and pulled in on the double yellow lines while I loaded the items. There was ample space to pass and I was only gone a few minutes before I got clamped. Even the clamper from RFC Car Park Management parked his van on the double yellow lines to add insult to injury. My point is if Galway Shopping Park have great companies like Harvy Norman and B&Q they have to accommodate for trade vehicles and stop fining their own customers. My business in going to Curry’s and DID from now on.

An excellent selection of stores. If you can't find parking up top, there is a huge carpark below.

Nice shopping centre, carpark is free, but an awkward layout. A big Dunnes, with a Sheridan's Cheese counter, health food shop, pizza counter, deli, fish monger. Other shops, b&q, next, new look, boots, mcsharrys, Harvey norman, evergreen health, regatta outdoor shop, petshop, carriag donn and a if you have any energy left a gym.

It's a beautiful store with a big layout. There is a nice coffee shop upstairs that has nice views. Great selection of appliances, computer equipment, furniture, etc.

First time there. Very nice place. Dunnes had a lot more to choose from than the other stores. But to find the stuff you wanted you had to walk the aisles. But liked it anyway.

With the added new business's and anchor tenants such as Dunnes, Harvey Norman, NEXT & New Look to name but a few this shopping experience has been developed for the ever increasing new homes and growing population in Knocknacarra,Galway. Lovely Coffee Shop upstairs in Harvey Norman's worth a visit@

Large car park and approachable but it could have a bit more of the stores

Tha car park is rarely full and there is even more room underground. Good when it is raining and there is a lift, whick is useful for people in wheelchairs or pushing buggys. A good variety of big name shops including fashion, pets, electronics and furniture etc.

Small self contained shopping centre built around both an under and over ground car park. Ideally suited for those from the western part of the city.

Good selection of shops, great Dunnes Stores and Harvey Norman Stores. Nice clean area. However parking is very busy and can be tricky. I have yet to find the Senior Parking spots anywhere??, although lots of other Special Parking areas do exist in this carpark.

On outskirts of Galway City on Old Dublin Road. Easy to find and easy to park, with no charge. We only visited one shop, Turks Barbers, where we could park directly outside. Can't really contribute anything further.

Clean friendly lots of good shops

  • 5/5 Michael O. 1 year ago on Google
Very good shopping centre, no need to go anywhere in town to fight traffic getting across bridge now.

  • 4/5 Mike L. 1 year ago on Google
Good selection of stores, covering homeware, DIY, grocery, electronic and pet stores, sometimes hard to find parking above ground near the shop you'd want to visit but normally loads of parking underground.
