Thank you to Mr Carew who fixed my favorite travel bag on his beautiful old Singer sowing machine. I went into the shop to inquire, if this was even possible, expecting a few days waiting time, but he did it within 5 minutes, because he "just happened to have black thread in the machine" and for a very reasonable price. What a lovely and skillful, old-fashioned Limerick shop-owner and craftsman. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I ordered a carry on bag on Tuesday night, it arrived this morning (Thursday) Very good quality bag and only €20. It has a hard base and long handle for over the shoulder.

Amazing customer service!! I bought and then quickly broke my new luggage from Carew’s the day before my flight. Although it was clearly my error, they attempted to fix it and then gave me a very nice deal on a new one. You can 100% trust in their commitment to the customer!!
