Appalling customer service in the shop, They really need to learn manners. Was buying an item that was marked 24.99 and went to till and woman behind it ripped off the price tag and told me its wrong that it was 80 something euro and told me she could mark everything in the shop at €1.99 and when you go to the till she has a right to charge a different price. When trying to speak she kept repeating "where humans we make mistakes" over and over. Was not willing to hear anything we had to say. Would always shop online here and was looking forward to visiting the shop so disappointed, will not be buying anything from here again and will let friends in hunting group know too.

Great service. Bought online from here. Very quick delivery, excellent customer service, called to say one item was out of stock. They were happy to send on the rest of the delivery and will send on small item when it's back in stock. Very competitive prices. Can recommend and would certainly buy from again

I ordered a s1 Bow and came the day after I ordered it, I didn't receive an arm guard with my order but I wasn't too bothered I just thought it up to a simple shipping mistake until after 20 minutes of using the Bow the grip snapped and launched itself back into my face, I didn't spend 160 euro just to get a whack in the face. I emailed sports den directly twice and got nothing back in 3 days.

Only ever ordered online from this company. 3 orders placed and have had delivery issues with each order, orders all ended up in wrong County even tho correct address and eircode given to shop. Once may be a mistake but 3 out of 3 is a joke. Whether it is a shop or courier issue but the shop chooses the courier. Very poor service overall Edit: Simon, ye choose the courier company to represent your company and ye also advertise next day delivery on ALL orders placed before 3pm. So as I did not receive my item next day and the very poor customer service received from YOU. I think 1 star was generous, If I could have gone zero I would. I HAVE ALSO GIVEN YOUR DELIVERY PARTNERS DPD THE SAME REVIEW ONLINE.

Next day delivery guarantee didn't happen. No reply to my emails. Day after hasn't happened. Still no reply to my email. Deplorable service. I'm not the first.

Placed 2 separate orders , one after the other... costing me 2 delivery charges, very nice lady rang me the next day to say she would post them together ... so saving me one of the delivery charges. Not many companies would bother, I was surprised and absolutely delighted that she took the time to do this. Thanks so much.

There was an issue with the quality of one of the products I ordered. After a few email exchanges, a replacement was sent out without any hassle.

I have since my last review developed a review skill sharper then any blade within this store. Maybe I will someday enter here as the me now other then the me then and inhale the reminents of the almost biblical change we experience in our lives that allows us to look back on our older selves and say wow look at me now. To be able to enter that shop with even enough power to harness that would really require a store like this to provide me with the tools I need to do so. Not even by entering this store are you in this store it takes years of not evening knowing you are in the store to enter the store so maybe I am soon ready to be the one who enters only powerful enough to wield what could truly be inside here, overall the store is great and I'm sure they do a good job.

this was the first time dealing with sportsden. i bought an air rifle last month from them and its just perfect. from the moment i picked out the rilfe until i collected it raymond was there to help with everything,a great person to deal with. if you are looking for a new gun or something to do with hunting/shooting give raymond a call at sportsden he will sort you out. I ordered a Shooting Stick seat. Very pleased with this product. I’m 5ft and my husband is 6ft and either of us could use it. It is sturdy but light enough to carry around and looks good. It can be used with a spike for grass or a rubber stub and has a very handy way of storing the parts so you won’t lose them. The price is reasonable for the quality of the product. Tip for Sportsden - put a pic of the seat open on your site. I would have liked to see that.

"Next day delivery if ordered before 3pm" actually only applies during the working week as I've just found out. Specifically ordered before 3pm Saturday hoping to receive on the Sunday (for a birthday on Monday), paid the delivery charge and I know their chosen courier delivers Sunday but just been told delivery won't be made until Tuesday. Site clearly says "same day dispatch on all orders before 3pm" and "super fast delivery service".

Dreadful customer service. My order was delivered but not to my address and Sports Den won’t respond to emails or assist in any way. Will never use this company again.
