Everytime I pick up my prescription the staff tell me its an hour wait or longer. Tried ringing to order in advance but they never pick up the phone. A staff member told me to order through the app but when I tried this it didn't go through or they didn't get the order through the app. A Staff member was rude to me on a number of occasions..bad vibe all around. If I had a vehicle I would definitely change pharmacies..

My wife had a severe infection following an operation and her consultant sent emergency prescription via email tonight and this pharmacy refused to giver tablets because it wasn't printed on paper!!!! Disgusting. All 5 star reviews are a few words or no comment, obviously fake.

When you go to collect a repeat prescription, ask if you have called first. Yeah, I would if they ever answered their phone!!!! Then they make you wait forever while they fill it. No-one except the poor lady at the till ever looks at you like you are a human.... Not a nice pharmacy. I'm sorry i loaded my repeats here.... Will go elsewhere next time.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero star I would. They can’t seem to answer the phone and when they do they tell you it’s over an hour until your prescription is ready. They even lost my prescription last month and hadn’t notified me if they found it, which they said that they would. I’ll be bringing my custom elsewhere. I’d advise for you all to do the same.

Poor service. There is one pharmacist there he treat u like drug addict. The waiting time is awfully long. Over a day in most of the cases and still not ready to collect. They ask u to call yet never pick their phone. Say they are busy yet u see girls either unloading unnecessary Xmas hampers or having a chit chat and laughs at the back.

Went in this am for cough bottle The lady on the counter was so informative and checked interactions with my regular meds and cough bottle before she gave me one. Highly recommend just didn't get the lady's name

Expect to stand around for ages, very disorganised. One star is 20% and that is generous, they don't even get that much right. Avoid at all costs

Told I could not buy anything for the cupboard. Told I had to be actively ill and tell them my symptoms and they would decide what I should buy. I don't know what's wrong with the management of this chain, all their stores are run by tin pot dictators who interrogate you as if you're a criminal before they permit you to buy something.

The worse service, please go to Another pharmacy no this one, get your prescriptions in another pharmacy as this branch is the worse

Really great team here. Always friendly, professional, helpful, caring , efficient and the pharmacist/s regularly go the extra mile even though really busy. Thank you for ALL you do ALL of the time. It is appreciated.

I generally can get what I need here and the staff are very nice. My only negative is that you can be waiting a long time to be served.

This pharmacy provides a wonderful service. I needed assistance with two scripts on two separate occasions. The pharmacist James is excellent, he sourced all the medicines I needed and they delivered some of the medicines I needed when I was unable to collect them. All the staff are so friendly and so helpful.

I am amazed how many negative reviews there are here. Maybe it's because people do not "complain" after a positive experience? I have been with this pharmacy for many years and they are excellent.

My experience with this pharmacy is horrible. If it were possible to give it zero stars I would but for the sake of posting this review I am left with no other choice than to give them one star. I rang the phone to collect my dad's medication as he is a very sick man and I rang 17 times!! No answer. I stopped ringing for 25 minutes and rang another 9 times and no answer. The whole reason I didn't just go over to the pharmacy is because I live across town and have no vehicle and the new staff always treat me like I don't exist always laughing and talking to eachother instead of serving the community. These negative occasions only started happening since the new staff have started working here. Do not recommend find a new pharmacy is the best advice I could offer

Lazy rude and ignorant. Took the 30 min to get prescription for my family member after operation. After being told that person is sick they acted even slower serving people who came after me. When pointed out their supervisor become smart and tried to teach me how to behave with them. Medical criminals

Horrible left my grandmother short for tablets and when she went back in to collect the rest they told her they gave her the full amount shocking when she is very sick and has to go a week without medication we have switched to Stauntons in old Johnstown who are 100x better I recommend you go there

Very very rude staff specially the representative for Lancome for this I will never ever go back as staff there are very rude staff needs costumer service urgently
