We visited here for 2 weeks with my young children. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, spacious, cool, nothing too much trouble. Brikhama (sorry spelling!) works hard keeping the beach tidy. Food is lovely, my children enjoyed eating all the local fish dishes. There are chaps that sell fruits and juices on the beach too, Max was lovely! It’s basic lodgings, but considering we only Slept in our rooms, and spent the day on the beach, or exploring, or at the beach bar, just perfect for us! Jowler (again sorry if I spell your name wrong!) the owner, is a top bloke! Lovely place

The place itself is nice and prices are reasonable compared to the other options around. Although I found the food quite expensive. What I really did not enjoy is that some locals that sell stuff (especially the fruit guys) keep annoying everyone who is trying to relax by the beach. They want to sit with you, bother you. Very inconvenient. Also, the rooms need new and proper mosquito nets (4 poles). The current ones are terrible and you sleep touching them. The beach is beautiful, and not as polluted as most african beaches (still very dirty).

Nice beach. Calm and quiet. Nice staff. Food is acceptable. Rooms are ok. But what was not ok was that on spot they charged extra for booking through Booking.se. €20 that was not i the booking confirmation

Keep your menu and check your receipt because they tried to change the price later and they tried to double charge us for things. They did this purposely. They got super defensive when calling them out. There are so many white people here and they try to rip you off. The food is good but it is way too expensive for what you get. The locals come and bother you to buy things during your entire time on the beach.

Very good location beach bar, amazing atmosphere, friendly dogs, cow, sand, sunshine, ocean, cheap beer it's very good, BUT walk just 10 m out from bar and "attack" bumsters. Very annoying I my friend, how are you? Ways your name? Where are you from? Typical salon question after come a s*it shower. You are rich white people give me money. Why believe the all tourist rich? And you not give smoe money turn on aggressive. So this situation kill my all day. If you really want see around the beach not walk alone just 3 or more people.

Fish and chips are delicious. Local food too. Cows on the beach are quite funny. A lot of space for a rest and nice people.

Stopped for lunch on our 4x4 tour, quiet place with very nice food, we had Fish Domoda and Fish Yassa. Relaxed on the beach for a bit afterwards.

Great place to stay on the beach. Simple but cheap rooms. The beach bar has a lot of variety of drinks and very good food. Order King sice and Lobster prawns!

A resort that we have seen grow from 6 rooms to many, through meeting the needs of customers and improved standards. Luxury it ain't, but very laid back and more functional than most.

Visited the beach bar in February 2022. Found the butterfish meal I ordered to be very bland in flavour which was a total surprise to me. They also shockingly didn't have any pepper sauce. My partner opted for the chicken benechine but equally not impressed. Didn't attend the bar again.
