A great remote place to chill and enjoy the calm we did stay with my wife 3 days in the dome it mean you have pretty much the all lounge just for you since there is only 1 room to rent there is a host at your service if any need for drink, food or anything else by day people only come to eat or drink or enjoy the beach Food is fresh and clean and the price are lower than the other place If you want to be left alone and don't people hassle you for money or even talking to you that is the place you want to be Thanks for the friendly staff

You can also enjoy a fresh beer or juice at the beach bar no harassing people in this area, which is appreciated we would have liked never leaving this place 😍😍 we highly recommend for nature lovers, since there is only one room in this place we will definitely go back here when we travel through Gambia

I would live here. The restaurant so good and the experience was totally natural and sincere. No connection, no currant. Just nature, music, good vibes... Feels like being in Jamaica and kindness is in the air.

We camped here in a campervan for 3 weeks whilst searching for a home to rent. Bakary and his staff are amazing, especially Ibrahim, and Bakary even found us the perfect house to rent - there really is nothing these wonderful people won't help you with. The beach here is stunning and rubbish from the sea and cattle droppings are cleared daily by Bakary and his staff. There are toilets and a shower and fresh water available from a nearby borehole. There was no charge for camping here, we just had to use the restaurant and bar which we would have done anyway. The restaurant is fantastic, very reasonably priced with a choice of salads, omelette, fish, chicken or traditional Gambian dishes. Lobster or prawn dishes available with 24 hours notice. We ate almost everything on the menu and were never disappointed, the crispy fish fingers and battered fish are delicious and the hand cut chips possibly the best I've ever had. Absolutely love this place and highly recommend.

Relaxed area and a well kept beach without the usual rubbish around. As well a good place to camp. Everything you need is available in the local shop that belongs to the restaurant.
