Thieves!! This store completely butchered my order and gave me a skinny sandwich when I ordered an original size. Additionally, none of the custom toppings I requested were added. When I called back to inquire, the employee who answered the phone (likely the same one who made my order) offered no solutions and told me it's his first day on the job! When I went in for pickup he was working completely alone, and you're telling me it's his first day?? He then hung up on me when I requested a corporate number or manager to speak with. He now is ignoring my calls back, letting the phone ring off the hook. Disgusting lack of professionalism. Do better, Potbelly.

This is a pretty decent sandwich shop location. This location seemed to work well and seemed more functional. I really enjoyed the sandwich I received from this location. The sandwich was what I have come to expect from the Spicy Italian. The personnel at this location are decent and friendly. The store is on a corner and fairly difficult to get to on a quick stop. For that reason I would have to dig them for ease of accessibility.

Got one of the limited time Cubanos and an Italian, both were excellent. Chicken pot pie soup was amazing.

Ordered from here and got it delivered only to find out they forgot to pack my sandwiches. I only received my my soup. I called the store after talking to the Grubhub driver and no one answered. I was really looking forward to this for lunch and was disappointed. 😢

The Manger has a major attitude. she didnt wanna answer any of my wife’s questions when we asked to speak to the manager she snapped back with “I am the General Manager”and “the menu is UP THERE” . We just left and won’t be back

I’m frustrated. This is dumb, my job orders a bunch of subs and y’all can’t even put a main ingredient on the sandwich. Smh, I’m never eating here

I’ve been coming to Potbelly off and on since one of my best friends in high school worked there over 10 years ago. Today I foolishly thought I could use my rewards to get a free sandwich on my birthday after years of purchases. Silly me. After waiting 20 minutes in a severely, cruelly understaffed restaurant, the girl behind the counter had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and said she had no manager or anyone to ask. Crazy that the store was littered with promo for their perks program and the girl at checkout had no clue how the perks program worked. The last $12 overpriced sandwich I will ever purchase for nostalgia. And the registers have the nerve to request a tip. Good grief.
