First time getting food from Potbelly. We ordered delivery a few hours in advance, got a call a few minutes past when the food was supposed to be here explaining the driver didn’t show up so they couldn’t deliver it. They asked us to come pick it up and gave us the food for free and threw in a couple of cookies. Awesome. Except we got home and there was like no meat on the sandwich and the bread tasted kinda stale. There was maybe 1 slice of each type that’s supposed to be on there. Compared to Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mike’s it seems like a huge ripoff. Thankfully it was free. A+ for the customer service, but the food sucks so I won’t be back.

Inconsistent service here. Sometimes it's okay, sometimes not. Not so much this evening. Came in for ONE sandwich. I ordered a wreck with no roast beef, only for me to realize by my own checking on its way out of the oven, that it had roast beef on it, but no salami. So they had to remake it. No apologies for their error. Tasted good, but the appearance was disappointing. None of the three employees I encountered on my visit seemed pleasant or happy to be there.

Delicious little sandwiches that are hot and toasted. The hots spread is a signature must on any one of these yummy morsels. The cookies are baked fresh daily, and the milkshakes are pretty spot on. I would have given them 5 stars, BUT the manager acted as if I was hasling her when I walked in to order food at 1030 in the AM.

Service was good, pirced were little high, food was fast, taste bery good. I got the sandwich and soup special.. very good. Will come back if needed

I tried to call in my sandwiches for Togo and was told I can't, could only order online for pickup. My main issue was I couldn't order it online I have a gift card I was trying to use and there wasn't a place to input gift card info nor option to pay at pickup. I just don't see why I couldn't just order my sandwiches over the phone and picked them up.

Food is usually good at this location but constantly unserstaffed. Placed an online order that said be ready for pickup at 1225 food didnt become available till 1pm. Ppl are nice but slow due to staff issues

I often order from here and the food is typically pretty good. Today I was sent a TRASH BLT sandwich. The bacon was NOT cooked. I microwaved it again and its still not cooked. This picture doesn't even do it justice. And, yall put 3 slices on a BIG and charge almost 10 dollars for it? Don't think so! I have had great sandwiches from this location but today? Terrible experience. Ugh.

Wow, that's one of the best sandwich places I've ever been. Place is clean, smells like heaven to the hungry soul, the sandwich is delicious. On top of that everything looks beautiful and cozy. I'm coming back!
