Probably I'd say that this is one of the best eateries in the kandy town...They do sell Sri Lankan , Indian ,Italian , Western , Mongolian foods...we tried Nasi-Goren, Biriyani & Mongolian fried rice...all of these were awesome...The chicken was so crunchy... The prices were same as Colombo...The ambience was soo pleasant-looking... Thanks for the staff for their helpfulness...We love visiting there again....

Newly opened Whitehouse restueant now knows as Foodland again reminiscing the old familiar name in Kandy. Seems to be new owners now, menu is not big, you don't have much choise, most of the menu is more of side dishes. Tried there Nasi Goreng and it was good, service was good too, prices are high, feels they are more targeted to foreigners.

One of the good place to eat in kandy, They have all variety of foods. Thy have ground floor eating area and 1st floor area In the first floor seating is more comfortable and Service is good and they take service charge too.. But prices of the food are reasonable I really love their tandoori Chicken but sometimes they go worse 😂 And a good view of the city from the window..✌️

The food was amazing (we've tried the indian food). The service is perfect, the waiters are professionals. Definitely worth to try, recommended to everyone.

Good place to have a quick bite. They have good tea and coffee. They have vegi options as well. Good service and friendly staff. They serve breakfast as well. Good lunch options as well. Fried rice, biriyani, lamprice and River and Curry available. Concurrently located at the Town center, close to Al the good shopping.

Visited the restaurant for lunch while in Kandy on holiday and it was excellent. The food was great and pricing was reasonable. Being located in the heart of Kandy is also a plus and was easily accessible from the city centre parking. Highly recommend a visit to this place, just remember to go upstairs as ground floor seating is a bit of a downer!

Nice environment upstairs. The chicken tikka was over cooked, the butter chicken was quite nice. Service is Ok.

There are two parts of the restaurant. One downstairs like a canteen and the one upstairs with has good food and service. It is a good place if you want to avoid the local spicy and questionable food. I believe the bad reviews are given to the canteen downstairs which indeed does not look very appealing to me either :) The cakes are good, you should try them. Personnel is very nice. The guy even chased us on the street to bring us the cakes which we bought but forgot to take :)
