A free 10 minute tour will give you an overview of the whole tea making process. Afterwards you get a complementary tea in the shop. The best souvenir to buy for home. A kilogram of quality tea.

Nice to see the factory and how tea is processed. I thought the shop prices for the tea were very expensive.

it's quite fascinating finding about the tea making process simply because I hadn't ever thought about it before. the process takes about two days. green tea and black tea come from the same leaf but black tea is fermented. this particular factory is 113 years old. on the upper level they gave you a cup of tea. it's a free tour but they do hope that you buy some tea at the end. you can pay by card.
