Very nice tour through a real factory, where real people really work :) The guide was very lovely with good english and even a little bit of German. She took a lot of time to answer all our questions. After the tea tasting with a great view, where we tasted all of their pure teas, we felt good buying some tea as memories and because we felt that the quality is good.

Nice place with good scenic beauty, the staff are very welcoming and offer a free complimentary tea of your choice. I would recommend not to buy any kind of tea there as it is very expensive as compared to other factories. You can get better gift packing sampling tea much cheaper in even supermarkets like Keels secondly I bought 1 kg of orange pekoo tea as my purchase and when I came back to my country I wanted to try the same and guess what tea had moisture as if it was not dried properly and hence I wanted to let all know about it.

Good tour, alrought not very detailed nor completely accurate if you have a good tea knowledge. They had some decent pekoe and golden tips. The green tea was really poor, and the silver needle was not fragrant enough.

We had a tea factory tour which taight us some new facts, but was very brief. Afterwards we got to taste 11 different kinds of tea and three tea mixes. We started at the lighter one and stopped when we didn't like it anymore. Then we bought a souvenir and some chocolate tea as a gift. The lady who did the tour was obviously disappointed we didn't buy more. Would recommend doing this tour and ignoring buying pressure.

This is situated on a great location. Nicely designed and has a panoramic view. Has a small museum. They provide wide range of tea products. Has a separate restaurant and art work selling shop. If you are lucky ( if you're view is not blocked by mist) can see a beautiful waterfall 💦 ahead and nice mountain 🗻). Cleaning and staff is good. Taste of the food ok. Only throwback is foods are Overpriced. And artwork too super expensive. at least 10 times higher than the artist's price.

We have visited the factory and tea outlets. The factory tour was good. And it’s located in superb view point. The tour guide girls le sara & Vasanthi were good in explaining the making of tea from tea leaves. Explaining the samples about different quality of tea is awesome. They give tea samples to taste and feel. They have outlets too you can buy all qualities of tea . Must to visit. And we didn’t tried the restaurant.

Nice location with a beautiful view. We weren't offered a factory tour or tea tasting - seemed the sales staff just wanted to sell us the most expensive tea. When we went downstairs to try to see the factory ourselves, we didn't see anything - not sure if we needed to go down further. There was a man sitting down on his phone the whole time who didn't speak to us so we just left.

Nice lady made a small trip around tea factory for us. After that we had tea degustation with amazing view on waterfalls and lake. It all was for free. After that you can buy some tea in the shop. Prices are good.

We visited 3 tea factories during our stay, and this one was by far the best! We were warmly welcomed when we came in and were offered a free tea tasting before the tour (10 different teas). We were the only ones on our tour and the tour guide was very kind and answered all of our questions during the visit. Afterwards, we were offered another tasting of flavored teas, for free! Overall we had a great time.

Excellent tour through the factory, our guide was very informative, one of the better tours through a tea factory we did, and amazing views with a free cuppa after.

Of all the tea factories in the area I thought this was the best. Lovely tour guide and let me sample all the teas and flavours. It had the best views across the whole valley. They let you taste all of the teas (about 10) and give you a tour free of charge. The prices were also less than some of the other places on this road. The White Tea was double the price at Bluefields! If visiting please purchase from the shop or tip as they value they offer is great

Stop by to enjoy the view if not the tea :) The tea is pretty good too. We bought a bunch of masala tea (not very strong). The prices are resealable. The staff is very friendly.

A great place to know more about tea types & try varieties of premium tea. We tried the golden tea & silver tea. Tour around the factory was amazing too.
