Today I went to the Avanhala after about 8-9 years. Still their food is pretty good and for their prices it's 100% worth it.

This is one of the long term restaurants in Gampola and their service still the best The food still the best taste as of the very first they started The food prices are reasonable compared with many other restaurants in Gampola And they still keep up their quality and the taste And this place is always busy. They have a good customer attraction because of kind service, quality, reasonable price and most importantly the well maintained taste…

This is the only shop in the town where you can buy yummy fried rice. The chicken portion and the rice quality is worth the price. Only thing is the delivering time which is bit late. anyway the service is good.

If you are looking for some clean food around Gampola town, then do try this restaurant. Their rice and curry are the best. The premise is clean and has ample space for dine-in. The biryani is not that good but other items are ok. And one more thing, they are comparatively cheaper than other restaurants around.

Don't buy kottu from here. I bought a Chicken kottu yesterday. No any taste expect roti pieces. They put vegetables without cleaning. No eggs.Carrots and onions have black spots dirty ingredients. Very unhygienic. chicken gravy just watery. They were good at . But now very poor quality foods. Once I thought this is a good place. But I was wrong. Change your "kottu bas" or loss your customers. Literally yuck🤮

i do have genuine concern about the food portion. for the price 400 for some what near for fried rice , its like three scoops of rice and small piece of chicken . I was a fan of this restaurant for years (more than 5 or more). but with the new opening i feel the quality is not up to the standard what they had for past few years. its sad to see this.
