One of the worst places to buy reliable electronic products. Aftersales service very very poor. I bought my Candy Washing Machine in 2018 and suddenly stopped functioning. After over 6 reminders to softlogic after sales division they have arranged a technician and said that the main PCB of the machine need to be replaced at the cost of Rs.31,000/-. Please think twice before purchasing electronic items from Softlogic.......

Poor after sales support. I bought Power Fit device on last October and it was unable to use after a month. And I informed them but they were not attend to my issue till I handover softlogic in December as they promised to send a team to my home. But still no update. When call no reliable answer yet. So, not trust worthy team.

Highly disappointed regarding their after service. At the time of purchase they ensured they will be giving a warranty for the air conditioner and when we tried to claim it they denied it. It has been one year since we purchased the air conditioner and still they did not do the free service which they promised.

Manager and sales staff is very good and helpful. Delevry and after sales very poor. I bought Note 8 plus just about 1 month ago under warranty from softlogic. It was having problems with pen and give the phone to Samsung repair centre in Kandy. They don't have any pens to try out or replace. They are waiting for supply of pen from colombo. So far has not received. Very poor after sale service for Samsung phones.

From the past, the worst experience.zero customer care and branch manager knows only using her mobile and smile at it..... 😡😡 i bought a sound system more than one month ago and I didnt even get my real bill till now.

If I could I'll give zero stars. Okay, bought a dell laptop worth 250k and it's motherboard gave out before 6 months. Took more than a month to replace the part and didn't even extend the warranty by one month. Even a part of the power cable was missing when they returned the items. The manager behaved completely unprofessionally blocking our numbers and yelling like a fish wife. After sales service is just downright pathetic. Don't ever waste your money here, just go to a store that offers a better quality service and bargains.

Super friendly staff... Probably one of my favorite Softlogic stores despite being a very small one.

Products are somewhat good BUT after sales service is terrible. If the product requires repair under warranty expect to wait a couple of months before they do anything about it.(This even applies for AC service)
