Went to get a quotation for A/C machines. They said they will when it is ready. But never called. I went to there showroom 4 times and sat down 1 and 1/2 hrs to get the quotations but that one is not correct according tobthe information ilI provided. The general line number is not in use. The other branches do not know any ones contacts either. The worst customer service experience ever. I am not rating their products . But service is really bad.

Bought an oven brand called ELECTRIC at peradeniya road kandy branch so one of their staff said it’s a good brand because it’s abans the one agent for this brand and i bought it and got over heated after one month that my warranty period is over so they kept at repair centre for 6/7 months and they said we can’t repair it…!! If they said this before these products only can use for one warranty period then no need of buying these garbage products…!!!
