They have a good collection, which updates regularly. The designs are good and the quility of the garments are high. The safety precautions they have taken during this Covid-19 pandemic is very good. The staff is good, but their service can be improved. I like the children's collection, specially for girls.

Really bad service. Glitz and NLM both are same chains, don't have an iota of respect for a customer. I visited the showroom after maybe 2 years as i wanted a particular item that was unavailable elsewhere. Teach your staff to treat customers with respect and care. The only good thing about the showroom is the pleasant welcome lady that sets off a nice vibe, which is the only reason i give 2 stars 😁

The shopping experience would be way better only if the ' arapaima(not sure of the spelling) ' advertisement wasn't playing all 24 hours.. it's annoying.. I'm sure it's the same for others..

Very bad service in KCC outlet. we were insisted to keep our bags on the floor. no proper arrangements to keep bags. and they didn't want the business. we wanted to buy some slippers in Genelle shoe corner. Poor customer service The manager of the branch should be checked his team behaviours. You need to learn how to respect your customers.

They have better choices than most shops in Kandy. But the clothes are not too good either. Quality of some clothing pieces are also not that good. But they got nice jewellery.

The lady Welcoming infront of the showroom is really nice & sets the mood for everyone.

Very shoddy, careless service. I was the only customer at the cashier but either accidentally or deliberately the tag had not been removed from the item I purchased; consequently, this heart/pressure patient had to endure the humiliation of having to open the parcel with security in attendance until the “not guilty of shop lifting” stigma was removed

Kept us waiting at the cash counter for too long….. Other than got some good collections but prices a bit high..

A good collection of popular brands of clothing items, shoes, bags etc. However, everything is pricey. Be careful when you buy leather handbags cuz they have items which are there for a quite a while. Purchased one of them without knowing & it got damaged quite soon.
