Literally the worst pizza hut ever! The service is very slow, and also not that good. The waiters are lazy and don't listen to the order properly. You have to confirm the order three to four times. The food is disgusting. The snacks are served burnt and with a lot of oil, not to mention that you cannot hold them. The pizzas come with very less sauce and the toppings are too less. I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever eat in this restaurant. The one star is for the availability of a washroom.

I lived the pizzas ! They have of course special ones that have sri lankan taste and that are a tad spicy but they were delicious ! The place was very crowded and it took us a minute to find a spot but i do recommend trying the pizzas. The staff was so nice and helpful ! It is also right next to the temple of tooth

Beautiful place. I visited this place many times in 2012. Whenever I visited Kandy, I used to take meals from this place. As a Muslim, I always cautioned about Halal food, so I chosen this place. The people of this area are very friendly and helpful to the tourists. I went there from Bangladesh and I will never forget my SriLankan friends.

The place is near Sri Dalada Maligawa with good view of Kandy Lake. Very good service with friendly staff. Highly recommended. We are visting there 2 or 3 time within one month. My kid also like to try different typea of pizza that offering by them. Thank you very much all staff members!

I had a great experience breaking fast at pizza hut.. I really enjoyed the time in there... The chicken devil pizza is the best one.. And the chocolate milk shake... Mouthwatering. The person who took order was very very good.. He was very polite and very helpful, friendly.. 👏👏👏 But, there were some faults.. The table was shaking, the sause was a bit sour, the person who came to give the bill started to talk way to much into personal matters.. I didn't like that.. Overall good food and had a great time... 👍👍👍

I think this place is really good next to Sri Dalanda Maligawa. Infront of hotel Queens. Easy to find the place and really nice view there.Easy access. We took away our Pizza. Vast area to dine in with your friends, Family and loved ones. Fast service and friendly crew. We tried the Cheesy pizza. They dont deliver these days because of Fuel shortage. So dont bother calling them. Closes at 11 p.m so you can go late night and have fun with your people. At the night The Kandy town is really silent and the place where Pizza hut is situated is really nice.

A great place to have some fresh made, surprisingly tasty pizza! It’s a good break to have in between local delicacies. The staff and the GM are very polite, attentive and professional. Also the bathroom is very clean. I am so glad, that we stopped here for a bite.

I tried their new "Melts" dish recently, but I was disappointed. The crust was very hard and not as tasty as I hoped. However, the gravy was quite good. I also had the "Birizza," and it wasn't delicious and didn't seem like a good value for the money. I wouldn't recommend the Melts and Birizza, but their pizza is worth a try.

A good place to hangout with your family and friends. Also you can get a delivery for your doorstep in kandy area. There are many selections for you. The view also superb. Staff members are superb customer friendly. But training staff members are terrible. Anyway I recommend this place.

After a few days of eating curry, we needed a change. Stepped into pizza hut, and it was exactly as you'd expect - clean, well organized menu. Good deals. We were really excited to try some of the local flavors and they tasted great! All in all a good experience and if you're looking for a change of food with some local flavors, pizza hut hits the spot.

The food is standard of what you expect from Pizza hut. But the service is slow. We came to the restaurant at a time with few people inside. More than half the tables were empty. But the waiters were very lethargic. After waiting for more than 10 minutes we had to call a waiter to take our order. Made me wonder if home delivery would have been a better option than dining in.

Nice toppings and crust. Undoubtedly the best pizza in town. Very convenient to the iconic landmark in Kandy. There are other outlets in the same area as well. But, this outlet is more spacious.

I was extremely disappointed at this place. We ordered a Vegetarian pizza and found traces of chicken. When I enquired the manager he did mention first it was mushrooms and later he agreed it was chicken and apologized. Service was indeed slow due to the crowd that's understandable but feeding a vegetarian a non veg meal is not ethical. Since we never ordered a chicken pizza I don't know how it appeared there. Also it was on the pizza and cooked! While we ordered pizza and waiting we could see the waiter was pouring all the ketchup from the unfinished ketchup bottle to a empty bottle and serving it to next customer. On our ketchup bottle there were something white. Completely unhygienic! Pizza hut should double check such standard violations.

Got here after taking a long walk of conflicts not know what to eat. Then we settled for Spaghetti. The restaurant was Covid ready, Glasses, walls, floor and the seats was neat and clean, been here a decade ago when a lovely lady mezmarized us during lunch playing the piano and it was still there but closed. Staff was very friendly and the service was fast.

Delicious pizza, the Double chicken cheese fave pizza is to die for. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and the food is fast. We went in November 2021 - we ordered personal size veggie pizza. Pizza quality ok....THO personal size is overpriced...no worth money... BUT service and staff - NO! Pizza hut - I think you need to retrain your staff... Slow in serving us, taking orders, and overall lack of attention... .your staff is more interested in chat and fun between themselves.( note - I ignore time needed for preparing pizza - I got the fact its not preheat it, but bake it ) , staff is slow in providing utensils for food...lots of staff but no one had idea that utensils for pizza can be given to clients before food comes ? - and we had to remind them that we need any.. WiFi - well...I was feeling as thief.... - in most tourist places we ware given wifi password printed, ok if not - staff wrote it for us - here Staff would not give you wifi pass at all - they HAVE TO tap it into your mobile/device themselves - seriously?? are you really think that tourists will pass on to others your wifi pass ?? - I am traveling across Asia a bit now - never come across this! when wifi and data is so easy and widely accessible Sri Lanka.... sorry but that was bad attitude approach for me - especially that we had 3 mobiles to connect... - this was bit uncomfortable experience. ps pizza is no worth price - if you have enough local food its better to go next corner opposite side of road & get even crispy dosa - condiments are not spicy at all.. its very tasty..and costs far less....

One of best place to in-dine around Kandy. Friendly staff. Same cheerful service even after mid night or 1 AM (yes. one hour after mid night). Food taste is average. Comfort, Good Service and Friendly atmosphere is the best thing.
