Recently visited KFC Matale. Large seating capacity. Clean and calm place. There is a play area in it. Service was ok. Food is also good. Not very busy. I think no washing area in side the place. Recommended.

This Matale branch of KFC is just as good as other branches in Sri Lanka. Quick service & clean environment. Ample parking space. There is a Cargills Food City downstairs as well. Card payments & delivery within Matale is available. Meals are tasty & are as per the Standards. Enough seating spaces are there.

Went there for lunch and bought spicy chicken rice, zinger burger, and a regular coke. Spicy rice was delicious and made including a lot of curry leaves and spices as the name implies. The spicy rice was served hot and fresh. It includes a fried chicken fillet and rice also mixed with the pieces of fried chicken fillets. The zinger burger also includes a fried chicken fillet. They took around 10 mins to serve the food. The outlet was neat and clean.

I will never go there again.male staff doesn't know how to treat their customers.not ethical at all.i will give 5 stars for the female staff.they always smile and properly treat their customers.but male staff downgrading their efforts 🤮

This branch provided very good and efficient service in the early days and at present the service here is unsatisfactory. Had to wait a long time to get a given order. Also the food was not in good condition. Its employees have no concern for customers. Other branches have a more efficient service.

I also love KFC. This KFC have great coustmer service. This area have biggest parking.

Place is nice with dining options. Not sure staff know about menu, very few options, changing and confusing to items as delivered from other outlets in the country. Pretty disappointing staff, very rude including manager, they consider themselves far too superior to customers. And think this is the best service provided, 2/10 if someone asked me to rate. Also no delivery service from past few weeks, stating rider absent, unbelievable !!!

Really had a bad experience when I was about to order , the staff wasn't caring for us and when it came to our turn they said only thing you can get is zinger burger because lack of stocks it wasn't some kind of reply we are expecting from a reputed brand like kfc even the staff seemed to be like not to care.Really disappointed and will never recommend to anyone

Yesterday me and my partner ordered 8 pcs chicken buckets and 2 pilaf rice via telephone and paid via debit card. We took the order. When checking there were 12 pcs chicken bucket and only one pilaf rice. Then we checked the bill, cost over 6400 rupees. The original order only cost 4500 rupees. There were only two of us to eat, and throw away the leftovers. It was a waste of food and money because of their reckless delivery. This is the second time this happened to us. Last time delivery partner forgot the card payment machine and also didn't have any changes. Had to wait more than 15 minutes till he changed the money. Can't imagine how reckless these people are with their jobs.

Really Bad customer service. Especially cashier lady is very bad. She thinks she is the queen of KFC. I have been to many KFC outlets in Sri Lanka. But this is the first time I went to KFC in Matale. Unfortunately due to the bad behavior of the cashier lady, decided not to go to Matale KFC again! really disappointed!!! 👍

Quality of the food is getting down gradually. Flat taste. Deal packs are very low quality. Rice combo pack hasn't curry cups. Need to buy it with extra charge. Its very unfair. I don't know why they promote that type of deals. Staff is friendly but they also helpless the food quality. Health and safety is not bad.

KFc is a good place to get food.It is very clean and you can get high quality food from here.if you are visiting in matale,i recommend this plase to get food
